Loved our time there in January! The house is a perfect gathering spot for family- fantastic kitchen outfitted with everything. Well suited for small children (with crib, single bed in roomy master) yet elegant enough for discerning adults. The activity filled basement is great for kids, teens and adults. We had a great time at Jessie's place! Lovely, clean home on a quiet street, close to the lake. The kitchen and main bedroom were especially nice. My kids loved the bonus room at the top of the stairs and spent most of their time there! My in-laws were also very impressed. Fast, friendly communication with the host. We would definitely book again if we stay in that area in the future!

Perfect little house. Great park located across the street. We enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer. Timothy was a great host, he responded immediately to all messages and was very friendly. We can't wait to stay here again when we come back to Michigan. Highly recommend 10/10!!!

The apartment was a great value – clean, modern, and comfortable. It was surprisingly quiet, even within an apartment building. The check-in process could have been smoother, and the kitchen amenities were a bit sparse (no toaster, for example), but overall, it was a solid stay and met our needs.

Great place to stay at!! Very warm, cozy, and welcoming! Rochester Downtown is right around the corner w so much to do! Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Beautiful clean home, beautiful yard and pool. Very spacious, fit our family of 6 very well, plenty of room. This is our 4th time renting from Colleen. Twice here and twice at the lake house. We will definitely rent from her again. She has beautiful homes. Thank you Colleen!

This was our third time staying here and we continue to love it. The whole family looks forward to this every year. There is lots of room for cooking and enjoying meals, separate spaces for games, the wonderful pool for tons of fun, and bedrooms nicely placed separately for peace and quiet. It's the perfect space for our large gathering to come together without tripping over each other.

As always, very good accommodation. Everything is within easy walking distance. The landlord is friendly and always easy to reach. Any minor problems are resolved immediately.

We've stayed here 5 years in a row now and it's still as good as ever. the addition of wifi and the new TV were an awesome surprise!

What a pleasure to stay at Nicole's beautiful vacation home. We loved everything about our stay. We had everything we needed, nice short walk to the beach, and so many cute details about the home that made the stay cheery and bright. Nicole was a pleasure to speak to when we had a little oopsie moment (our fault) and didn't hesitate to try to help in any way she could. This is a great place to stay, highly recommend!
