Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Ligurian Sea

Felt at home as soon as I arrived here, the decor is lovely and is more spacious than I thought it would be. Also, the best shower I’ve had anywhere I’ve stayed! The flat gets so much light and you can open the big windows for a nice breeze. I thought a sofa bed would be an inconvenience but it was super easy to put away/get out. I felt very safe in the flat, a sturdy door and double lock. No disturbances from neighbours in the month I was there, people in the building were always friendly and said hello. Communal areas are kept clean. The location is great, super close to the train station for day trips and a short walk to the beach. And then Audrey is just so lovely, super friendly, replied quickly to any queries I had and always reminded me she was there if I had any questions/needed recommendations. If I could have stayed longer I would have, I recommend a stay here 100%.

We had a wonderful time. Pascale welcomed us and gave us good recommendations for site seeing and car rentals. The stay was comfortable in a beautiful setting. Most sites ( Nice airport, Eze, St Jean Cap Ferrat, Cannes, Cap d’Ail and Monaco were 20- 45 minutes by car. We could explore quite a few highlights. A big thank you!

My vacation was excellent at André’s-Pierre apartments. The host was very hospitable and communicative—he picked me up from the airport and took me to the apartment. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had a stunning view of Monaco and the sea. Huge thanks to André-Pierre for all the help and hospitality! My wife and I had the best vacation ever! This is the best Airbnb i’ve ever rented by far. Ela was a fantastic host. The building (Parc du Cap) is incredible. It’s brand new, with unbelievable amenities such as beautiful indoor and outdoor pools, a fantastic tennis court, a top notch gym and spa boasting a world class sauna, steam room and even a cold room. The apartment itself was immaculate with top notch appliances and a large furnished terrace. The location was as good as it gets! It’s only a 5 minute walk to the heart of Juan-les-Pins and all the restaurants, bars, and shops. It’s also only a 5 minute walk to all the amazing beaches. We also walked 15 minutes to go into Antibes and all their restaurants, beaches etc. If I could sum our experience in one word it would be- PERFECT! Gary Busel

Private and secure parking. Proximity to a large area within walking distance in less than five minutes from the property. Completely satisfied with the whole thing. Small downside, for the lack of wifi and a TV reception, not always at the TOP. Excellent bedding. Excellent cleanliness of the accommodation. Great stay. Recommended.

This apartment was the perfect place to stay during my time in Cannes. It was well situated but a little removed from all the hustle and bustle. I loved waking up in the mornings, sitting on the balcony, and watching the boats in the bay. Communication was easy, and the apartment was easy to find.

Very well located apartment near the train station and the city center. The apartment perfectly matched the description on site. Small but very well arranged apartment with new furniture and in a state of impeccable cleanliness. I recommend this rental for those who want to walk to the city center and the old nice.

Clement place was wonderful it’s on the principal avenue , the beach is behind the building . We spent a really good time .

We had a lovely short stay in Cannes. The apartment was perfectly placed to wander the old town and down to the beach. This apartment in Juan Les Pins is very well located, a few minutes from the beach and with many restaurants nearby. A 10-minute walk from the train station, it's a great place not only to enjoy the atmosphere and beauty of Juan Les Pins and Antibes but also other cities on the French Riviera like Cannes and Cap d 'Ail. The apartment was very clean, very well equipped and very well secured. We were welcomed by Yaël, a charming host who did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Everything was very positive.

I highly recommend Lucie's apartment. It's bright, spacious, and comfortable inside. Plus two terraces, perfect for relaxing. It is located on a hill, in a nice and safe neighborhood, not far from the station, the port and the historical center. From here you can take an interesting walk with beautiful views. At the same time, it is located a bit far from the center, so you can't hear the tourist hustle and bustle. The host of the apartment is contactable and flexible about check-in times. Loved this place. The seaside deck chairs, pools, restaurants were all so lovely. Ideal for kids too.

A perfect location in Viareggio - three streets away from the sea and two streets from the main shopping street in the other direction. It was a perfect choice for the holiday we wanted and needed - amazingly quiet in the house. The air conditioning was really good - and very useful when we arrived in 30C heat. All in all we had a fabulous ten day holiday there - and wished we could have stayed longer. Grazie mille Pamela
