The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis in the architecturally beautiful Moltkeviertel with old villas and lots of greenery. In the immediate vicinity are the "Elisabeth" Hospital and the "Huyssenstift." Good highway connection to the A52, A40 and public transport. The south quarter and the lively district of Rüttenscheid are only 15 to 20 minutes' walk away. Here you will find nice cafes, pubs and restaurants. The bus station is about 500 meters from the house. In 12 minutes by bus to Essen city center. 20 minutes to Essen central train station. Netto and Aldi are right at your doorstep. Laundromat, DM, Rewe, Edeka, hairdresser, post office/DHL are 2 km away.
