Der Aufenthalt war teils Urlaub, teils aufgrund familiärer Gründe. Die Unterkunft fühlt sich wie eine kleine Oase der Ruhe an. Man wohnt unmittelbar am Zentrum der Stadt Aachen, hat aber eine Unterkunft mitten im Grünen. Es ist nachdem man das Haus betritt angenehm ruhig. Die Ortschaft Vaals ist eine wunderschöne kleine Ortschaft, die man ebenfalls fußläufig gerne erkundet. Die warme Atmosphäre durch die Holzbalken im Steinverbund des Gästehauses sieht man auf den Fotos nicht, ebenfalls nicht die dazu passend gewählte Einrichtung. Das Wichtigste ist jedoch der angenehme freundliche Kontakt zur Familie. Man kann zu allen Problemen schnell mal eine Frage stellen und bekommt eine Antwort. Genauso aber auch einfach im Garten seine Ruhe genießen, wenn man nach Entdeckungen von Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung erschöpft ist. Meine mitreisenden Kinder wollten den Urlaub am liebsten noch fortsetzen.

Heerlijke tijd gehad. Het kamertje is net een hotel en van alle gemakken voorzien. Juul is een hele fijne host, stond voor ons klaar en had goede tips voor de omgeving. Zou er zo weer heen gaan. Bedankt voor de goede zorgen Juul

Really pleasant place to stay - so peaceful but everything you need closebye. The accomodation was bright, clean and spacious. Lots of nice little touches such as towels provided, tea and coffee so didn't have to shop immediately, books, games and lots of local information. A small outside space but private and nice to sit out. I was serenaded everyday by a song thrush!

This BnB is in a quiet location between Maastricht and Valkenburg, next to a nice narrow road with a cycle path. Parking right in front of the house, entrance to the yard through a separate gate. The house is nicely furnished, has its own gas boiler/ketel and air conditioning, a kitchenette with appliances including a stove, oven, dishwasher and coffee maker. It can be seen that the equipment has already suffered minor damage from previous visitors, but nothing that would prevent normal use. The owners are very kind and helpful. If you are looking for a BnB in this location, this could be a good choice.

Simone is a friendly and helpful host, communication was excellent. Minutes away from Sittard, the place is comfortable and clean. One large room with kitchenette at one end with hotplate, toaster, lovely teas and nespresso coffee, no microwave. The bathroom is separate and has a good size rain shower.

J’ai passé un très bon séjour dans une chambre moderne et propre. Idéalement situé dans un quartier calme, à 10 minutes à pied du centre et 15 minutes en voiture de Maastricht. Sylvia est très accueillante et répond rapidement à vos questions durant votre séjour. Je recommande !

Lovely place to stay, so nice having the farm animals on your doorstep! Great hosts! We stayed in the middle of winter and whilst it was easy to keep the main room warm with the heater, the bathroom was noticeably colder (especially the floor). Would 100% stay again!

Super Ferienhaus, sauber, schön eingerichtet und in ruhiger Lage. Einfach empfehlenswert!

Mooier kan je het bijna niet treffen! Prachtig uitzicht over de heuvels, de bomen met verschillende herfstkleuren, laaghangende mist die je vanuit de heuvels ziet optrekken. Daarnaast een prachtig huisje, ruim, gezellig, heerlijk terras, brandschoon. Het ontbreekt aan niets. Vriendelijke gastheer- en vrouw. Een plek om heerlijk te wandelen en daarnaast volledig tot rust te komen.

We hebben echt een perfect verblijf gehad! Heerlijk verblijf, echt niets te kort. Heel fijne bedden, ventilator en een uitgebreide keuken met alles erop en eraan. Super vriendelijke host, we konden de auto's allebei op de oprit kwijt en de host reageerde vrijwel direct op vragen. Van te voren ook fijn contact gehad. Al met al een heel fijn verblijf gehad!

Simple but beautiful Farm. Best is breakfast right next to the cows. Franca is a lovely host, extremely reliable, fast with answers and most notably: very warm and friendly. We had a great stay.

Wat een fantastisch verblijf! Het huisje was tot in de puntjes verzorgd en van alle gemakken voorzien, echt een plek waar je je meteen thuis voelt. Alles was schoon, sfeervol ingericht en perfect uitgerust voor een ontspannen verblijf. Gastheer Remko verdient een speciale vermelding: heel vriendelijk, attent en gemakkelijk bereikbaar. Als we een vraag hadden, reageerde hij vrijwel meteen en stond direct voor ons klaar. Zijn gastvrijheid maakte ons verblijf extra prettig. De omgeving is werkelijk prachtig. Ideaal voor wie houdt van wandelen en fietsen, met talloze routes door bossen, langs velden en charmante dorpjes. Ook zijn er in de buurt leuke bezienswaardigheden te ontdekken, wat dit tot een perfecte uitvalsbasis maakt. Kortom: een absolute aanrader.
