There is no light pollution, so on a clear night, frequent shooting stars can be seen! Feel free to say hello to our Kitty, Coco! She may be around hanging out.

Greycoast makes a nice alternative to a conference hotel stay and is a short drive to all the activities of Lincoln City and Depoe Bay. This neighborhood has a village feel nestled between towering pine trees and the sandy beaches of the Pacific Ocean below. This beautiful and fresh new home is 3BR (2 king suits) sleeps 8-10. A quick 1 minute walk to an exclusive park that is for neighborhood guests. Includes 2 play structures, sand volleyball and fire-pit. 5 minute walk to Beach.

Siletz Riverhouse - We are Unique! Let's Talk!

It's summer on Siletz River which can be fun, but with a caveat. We are a remote location without Internet, WiFi, or cell service, but offer peace and quiet instead. AND ... This winter there major floods in our area and we have no access to our dock or to the river at this time. We are in the process of river bank reclamation, but it might not be completed by your requested dates. Guests may still enjoy the house and deck, but without access to the river.
