Nestled on 2 acres this garage home is 1100 square feet on top of my garage. 3 bedrooms and one bath makes it cozy for large families and get togethers. 5 minute drive to the Lincoln boat launch or hike down to the Ol swimming hole (10 minutes down 20 minutes up!) we have a bbq and a large fire pit. Available with request : For larger groups we have an additional tent trailer for kids or couples that like to “rough it” that sleeps 4

Lake Roosevelt is a water playground. Come dock your boat at the Marina and enjoy our warm summer days. Nearby path to a secluded cove where you can swim or enjoy your water toys. Offseason is a great time to relax and watch the deer and wild turkeys. This is a place to 'get away from it all'. Both bedrooms have Queen beds. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, small appliances, and utensils. Bedding and linens are provided.

Our cabin at Lake Roosevelt is the perfect spot for relaxation and fun. Includes one queen bed, one full bed, as well as a futon, to sleep 6+ comfortably. Folding mattresses also available. There is a full (completely stocked) kitchen. Also, tables, chairs, and fire pit. New washer/dryer. Plenty of outdoor parking for boats/vehicles! Less than a mile from Fort Spokane boat launch and day use park, a gas station, restaurant/store, and Two Rivers Campground. Back deck with BBQ.
