On the 2nd floor there is also a rarely used private room of ours. The location and infrastructure are ideal with various shopping opportunities. The BAB 293 is very close. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.

Quietly located apartment

Quiet and cozy apartment (about 32 m²) in a two-family house (1st floor) in the Eversten district (15 min. by bike to the city center). It offers space for a maximum of 4 people, but is not suitable for infants. A fold-out staircase in the bedroom leads to a 2nd bedroom (1.5 m max. ceiling height) and the chaise longue in the living-dining room offers another sleeping place.
