Treat yourself to rest and quiet. We invite you to the magical village of Łajs, on the border of Warmia and Mazury, among forests and lakes. There are 3 forest roads leading to Łajs. There is no asphalt, no shop, no bar. Here you will be enchanted by the hum of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, clean water and something you will not find anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful houses with dreams and pines around. Sąsny is a family work. The houses fit into the local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

Seszelki in Masuria

A holiday cottage in Masuria, one on a fenced plot of 1000 m2, pets allowed. The cottage has a comfortably equipped kitchen with a living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. We provide bedding, towels, a projector and screen, and we make available a boat, kayak, bicycles, SUPs, and deck chairs. On the property, there are swings, a barbecue, a fire pit, a covered terrace with garden furniture, and it is very close to one of the cleanest lakes in Masuria. Charging vehicles from an electrical outlet is not permitted.

Lake House Borowe is a modern lakeside house in Masuria for groups of up to 15 people. The former farm has been converted into a home for lovers of peace and nature. Located on a spacious plot with a fairytale view of your 'own' lake from the veranda. Fully equipped with -among others- a fire pit by the lake, a bbq, a lovely fireplace in the livingroom, a spacious kitchen, a good shower, wonderful beds and views to just dream away... The entire (fenced) plot is available to our guests, dogs are welcome. (The farm is split into two houses - possible to book together as one house.)

A 5-bedroom house for 10 people. A living room with a fireplace connected to the kitchen. In the Barn there is a billiard room with a fireplace. The house has a very large wooden terrace with a Jacuzzi (open in the summer season), sun loungers, sofas and an outdoor dining room. The barn is located in a large garden for the exclusive use of guests, with access to a pond with a bridge. There is free Wi-Fi in the house. The barn is an allergy-friendly place, so we invite you to come without pets.
