Private room is separate, secure and quiet-so no access to main house is available. However, host family is on-site to answer any questions and make your stay as comfortable and easy as possible. Hosts are long-time area residents who have owned and lived in this home for over 10 years. A directory of local shopping and restaurants is provided, along with complimentary wi-fi and cable TV. The home is in a unique and desirable location and offers easy access to village life and the beach from a quiet residential neighborhood. It has restaurants, shopping, 12 screen movie theater, Improv, grocery store and more. Two parks are also within 5 min walking distance. You will find excellent dining in both Downtown Brea and Downtown Fullerton (highly recommended). My treehouse is great for couples, adventurers, kids, and furry friends (pets).

Great 2 bedroom 2 bath, beach cottage with a modern contemporary flare. Open concept to allow a spacious feel with all the amenities to feel at home. This unit was completely gutted and redone, so any reviews prior to May 2022 were about the older unit prior to the major remodel.
