Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. Beach house with stunning view over the sea

Panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, 15 metres to a beach with a pier and a beach bar. Fall asleep and wake up to the noise of waves. Two beds where you are located on the front row and look out over the sea. Kitchenette with two hot plates, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. Small dining area, two armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Large terrace, gas grill. The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Bus stop and train station with good public transport.

Stay in "Grindstugan" in Hannas, with a perfect location for today's excursions. Return to the quiet in the evening, cook a good dinner with local ingredients and enjoy the sunset or a good movie. The kitchen is equipped with new appliances. In the living room area, there is a 3-seater sofa, coffee table and two armchairs. 43-inch TV where you can watch via your own apps. Listen to your music via Bluetooth. The bedroom is in the loft, which has standing height in the middle. There is a double bed and two wicker chairs. In the bathroom there is a shower, sink and toilet.

"Lilla Huset" is a private accommodation of 27 km2 with a large wooden deck. The house has a living room area, a dining area and a kitchen with an oven. The bathroom is equipped with shower and floor heating. The house is only 1 km from the coast and Valleberga viewpoint. The nearest beach is Löderupstrandbad. Backagården has a café nearby. Kåsebergahamn with restaurants and Ales stones are 2 kilometers away. It is close to Hagestad Nature Reserve with miles of sandy beaches, Daghammarskölds Backåkra and Glimmingehus.

Fully-equipped attic. There is a larger living room with skylights both to the north and south. Open floor plan as shown in the pictures. Fresh shower/toilet. Kitchen with oven and induction hob. A small red cast iron stove if you want to cozy up after a lovely autumn or winter walk. Double bed (two 90 cm beds put together) in the living room. There is also a smaller 90-bed in a corner. In the bedroom, there is a 120 cm bed and a 90 cm bed. There is also a crib. Bus stop is 300 meters away. Wonderful walking paths!
