For its size, Elten offers an astonishingly wide range of everyday amenities (3 supermarkets, 2 bakeries, numerous restaurants) and is adjacent to the Eltenberg, which offers great recreational opportunities. This place is perfect for couples (large Double bed 2 m x 2 m), business travelers, or small families with 1–2 children (sofa bed 1.40 m x 1.90 m, crib). Dogs are allowed to stay.

The ground floor bedroom is fully wheelchair accessible. Parking is easy via the carport and to the left of the driveway, and there are charging stations available for electric vehicles.

Light and spacious, with over 50m2 there is enough space for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

The lake is located in Emmerich-Elten, directly on the Dutch border and is easily accessible via the A3. Two wooden cottages invite you to relax from everyday stress. Equipped with a fitted kitchen, living room with upholstered furniture and satellite TV, several sleeping options, shower/toilet, terrace overlooking the lake, barbecue and jetty, you can relax and swim wonderfully. Fishing is not possible in the lake. The sauna garden can be booked on site.
