The vacation rental is located in Prora (near the Baltic Sea resort of Binz). The apartment is about 42 m² and is suitable for a maximum of a family with an older child or a toddler or max. 3 adults. A bedroom, living room with kitchen and a bathroom with tub are provided. Parking space for car in the carport (for a fee), separate sitting area with grill. The beach is about 5 minutes walk. The apartment was newly furnished and renovated in early 2015. Partial modernization took place in the fall of 2017 as well as in the fall of 2018 and 2020.

Between Stralsund and Greifswald, the islands of Rügen and Usedom with their wide sandy beaches are reachable in 20 minutes by car. A rowing boat and a sauna in the sauna house are available to tenants on site. We offer pure nature and tranquility, no traffic, the location on the water is unique. Our house is particularly suitable for families and groups.

The apartment no. 4 (50m²) in Villa Fernblick is idyllically located in the old town of Sassnitz. The promenade is a 2-minute walk away by private road. The National Park and the port are also about a 5-minute walk away. The Whg has a living-bedroom, a separate kitchen and a daylight bathroom with shower. Highlight are the closed east balcony with a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and the old town as well as the open west balcony with a view of the pier.

COTTAGE an der Danish Wieck

The former Tagelöhnerkate was completely renovated in 2017. The old and cozy character of the house was preserved and so it captivates with its half-timbered, the largely original preserved bricks and the thatched roof. The charm of the house is underlined by upscale and modern amenities, so vacationers expect a hot tub in the bathroom, for example. Of course, only very good ceramics and natural stone tiles were used in the construction.
