A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Bungalow surrounded by a large garden in a very quiet location and 10 minutes by car to the beach (e.g. Lubmin) and to Greifswald. The bungalow consists of a living and sleeping room with double bed and sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom as well as a large terrace. The large garden has space for the little ones to play and the adults to rest. It is possible to take art classes for a fee during the stay. A studio is located on the premises.

You can walk to the bench at any time with a coffee or a wine in your hand, which is directly on the small steep bank and lets your gaze widen: the Bodden looks different every day...and always beautiful. The apartment, which was lovingly renovated in the spring of 2020, is located on the first floor of a former manor house. It is an ideal retreat for couples or single guests. Many details reflect the charm of the old house, built in 1850, and yet there is no need to forego comfort. If you love a rustic ambiance paired with Scandinavian elements, this is the place to be, where the fox and crane say good night.

We rent our apartment on the Baltic Sea hiking trail. The apartment consists of a kitchen, shower room, hallway and living room-bedroom. The Hanseatic cities of Greifswald and Stralsund are close. Likewise, the Baltic islands of Rügen and Usedom. You can experience culture in the cities, relax on the Baltic beaches or be active in sports.
