Easily sleep 3 King beds and 4 full size bunks beds. Bottom bunk holds 430lbs and top bunk holds 380lbs. Air mattress also available. Welcome to our waterfront beach house—no extra fees & brand-new AC units in every bedroom and living spaces. 2 minutes to the bay & 5 miles to LBI. family-friendly neighborhood known for its views, cleanliness, & comfort. Walk paths near, bay beach 2 mi away, & a plaza 1 mi away w/bagels, pizza, a market, & an urgent care. Relax by the fire pit or take out the pedal boat—both included. 2 beach cruiser bikes are also avail for guest use (at your own risk). Event friendly-ask!
