Cottage Close to Kootenay Lake

Located outside of Nelson close to Kootenay Lake, 35 minutes to ski resort and 20 minutes to hot springs; 10 minutes to ferry landing, grocery store and supplies, bakeries, gas station, etc.; in the other direction, 5 minutes to Kokanee Creek Park, store and connecting road to old growth forests, trails, hiking, etc. Situated on a quiet secondary road, great for taking your morning or evening walk. The deck and garden are private and fully fenced. Two parking spaces are available off the road.

Moosu Guest House and Spa, Cedar Hot Tub and Sauna

Moosu Guest House is a railroad style cabin designed for two people with 12 foot ceilings and floor to ceiling windows in the bedroom for a superb stargazing experience. The private outdoor spa features a salt water cedar hot tub and barrel sauna. Turkish spa towels and cozy robes are provided to complete the spa experience. As part of your stay you will be welcomed with a package including coffee from Nelson’s two iconic roasters Oso Negro and No6 Coffee Co, and tea from Nelson’s Virtue Tea.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, right on the lake and nestled in the mountains. Located in a very quiet neighbourhood with a secluded beach within very short walking distance. It’s an 8 minute drive to the beautiful village of Kaslo and a 10 minute drive to Ainsworth Hot Springs. It's a 30 minute walk to the stunning ‘Fletcher Falls’; an amazing waterfall and quiet beach. There is also year round use of a hot tub which overlooks the stunning view of the lake and mountains.

Blue Heron micro Beach House (A-Frame)

Relax in this charming and newly renovated micro suite with your own private beach. This 400 square-foot A-frame includes your own private beach for peace and tranquility. Location is off the main highway so easy to find and very accessible but does have some highway noise. Some accessibility issues with the stairs to the loft bedroom and the 200 meter walk down to your private beach. The path winds through a small cedar forest and over the creek bridge. A little bit of forest bathing.

Gnome Creek Cabin

Small cabin with creek running underneath and surrounded by trees! Queen size bed and full size loft bed. A second cabin with a twin bed available for groups of 3 or 4 people. The two cabins share a bathroom in a separate building with a bathtub and an outdoor shower! 10 minutes to Kokanee Provincial Park with hiking and mountain bike trails galore! Relax in the hammock, have a campfire and cook up dinner with the outdoor bbq. Cold plunge fed by creek. Sauna on site not included (inquire).
