Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Longboat Key

We had a great time staying at this house with our family. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The pool was a big enough -perfect for relaxing and letting the kids have some fun. Overall, it was a great value for the money. We would definitely stay here again!

The house is beautiful and spacious. We had a large crew with us and never felt crammed. Our favorite spot was the table outside, under the house. The neighborhood is quiet, except for the dog across the way, but it was never a problem. The swamp smelled a little. The location is top notch - conveniently close to resturants and beaches. We recommend staying here if you have a large group who like their privacy!

The house was wonderful, well kept, secure, and had what we needed. The host was responsive and gave well written instructions. Thank you for hosting us, hope to be back.

The stay at Julie's house was everything we could have hoped for. It has everything you need for a large group to stay and be entertained whether it's all adults or kids included. In addition to the pool there is a hot tub inside the linai. There are condiments / spices in the pantry to help with cooking, so you don't need to shop for every little thing. Plenty of entertaining space. Finally, the hosts were responsive every step of the way and even asked if we needed anything after a full day into the visit. Would definitely visit again if our group is in Tampa.

We went to Dunedin to attend a wedding, was extremely happy with the house, the area, and how close it was to the venues we had to attend. House was very clean and had detailed information for check-in and check-out.

This is my second time staying here and perfect as before. Friendly and fast communication. Will stay here again. Has all the amenities you could need. House and pool pristine. Well worth the money. Thank you for making our stay perfect.

We all loved the house! It was clean, ample parking in the driveway, close to where we needed to be and the host was very attentive to all of our questions. We would definitely recommend the rental and even use it in the future!

Wonderful stay at Gwen and Ricks! We were welcomed with fresh flowers in several rooms, and croissants for the morning to go with coffee out on the front porch. The cottage is clean and cozy and very homey. The kitchen is outstanding due to being well stocked with nice pans and utensils! One of the best we've experienced. We had the opportunity to meet Rick and he was SO nice! Gwen took great care of us and even had chocolate kisses for us. We would definitely stay at their place again next time we are in St Petes! It's a great location too! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

We had a great stay at Monica’s! The location was perfect for us and we enjoyed the snacks she left for us. We were glad to have the washer and dryer!

John was fantastic! So friendly and helpful! The apartment was very cozy and comfortable! He had the a/c going when I arrived which I really appreciated! Super quiet neighborhood and easy to access. Would definitely stay again when I’m in town visiting my daughter and granddaughter!

This is a great place to stay! Restaurants and shopping centers are in walkable distance and Denise is an amazing host. Keeping this place in mind for future vacations.

The place is as described. Pool area was fantastic. Could use more silverware. Close to the beach. restaurants and stores.

This was my first experience with Airbnb and Jeremy made this a very easy trip all the way around. The pictures are accurate, it was a little cottage that had everything you can possibly need for a nights stay. there is a corner store and coffee ship right around the corner if you forget to bring anything. The beaches are just a few miles down the road. I was able to bring my dog there with no problems at all. He also enjoyed his stay. Thank you Jeremy for excellent communication and a great stay!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at David Johns. Everything was just as described and Emily was so helpful making sure we everything we needed. I was traveling with my daughter and 15 month old grandson and she put a pack and play up for us. That made it so much easier keeping the little guy in check. I would definitely recommend their place to anyone needing a place with no more than 4 in your family. Thank you again for everything and your kindness.

Clean, open space. Was plenty of room for 3 people and a dog. Convenient parking and beach access. Walking distance to many shops and dinner spots. Park across the street to take dog out. Pool was nice and warm even at night.

Great unit across the street from the beach. The photos matched the amenities. We felt right at home. Everything was fresh and clean. The neighbors were friendly. Beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, towels, and cooler were provided. Nice restaurants and market were within a 10-15 minute walk. We enjoyed our stay here.

We hated to leave! It was perfect for our stay. Very clean and steps away from the beach, close to everything store wise/ restaurants.

We loved our Spring Break stay at Helen and Hannah’s condo. The condo and the complex are beautiful and everyone was very friendly. A lot of retirees were around for the week, but a few families too. Our 15-year old enjoyed it too and we made daily use of the tennis court, pool and grill. The location is very convenient and is a bit away from the main Spring Break area and beach, but we like the peace. Thank you very much and we’ll consider returning again.

Nice apartment tucked away from street. Had most things you'd need for a brief stay. Hosts were very responsive when we had an issue getting in the gate. Pool and gym easy to use and nice to have. Abes place (resturant) and groceries are in walking distance. Enjoyed it very much for almost 2 weeks! note: Was quiet most of the time but upstairs neighbors VERY easy to hear at all hours, and kept me up the last few days.

The condo was great. Impeccably clean and provided everything you might need during your stay. It was excellent value for the rate. It was also a very short and simple drive to get to Clearwater beach. I would definitely go back.

The perfect place for a family vacation! This was our first time at Mel’s place but third time at this condo complex and we LOVE it. Perfect location, everyone is so friendly, so much to do! Mel’s condo feels like home, there is nothing more you could want for, from everything for a beach day to a well stocked kitchen plenty of beach and bath towels for the week, electronics chargers, games, etc! We had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to anyone looking to relax and have an easy beach vacation!

Room 302. Elevator was still broke from hurricanes, but she told us. Partial ocean view. Laundry room down the hall was a little smelly. The king sized bed was very tall. Not sure my in laws could have made it, but we did. Only found 2 kitchen cloths. Close to bars, across from the ocean. We took trolley to Clearwater Great central location.
