It is located in a historic quarter of San Sebastian in Agaete and its magical spirit will get deep into your bones. It has been recently very carefully restored, achieving to preserve all the remaining details that survived the centuries. Welcome to Casa Esmeralda, a delightful 2-bedroom home in Agaete, Gran Canaria.

The Young Lady

La Señorita is located in a privileged space within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. A spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can be rented whole (6 people) or partial (4 people). The decoration and the rooms are very well kept. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)

Very convenient commute to beaches and the north of island. 3.5 km from the coast, quiet outlying area in Vecindario. Free street parking. Cover: Amadores Beach, 30 km south. I recommend renting a car.

It is an ideal place to spend a few days relaxing and tranquil, surrounded by nature and enjoy one of the most authentic places in the Canary Islands. Relax in this unique and tranquil place and enjoy romantic togetherness at sunset and a glass of wine. The spectacular view of the valley (Barranco de Anzoe) of the sea up to Mount Teide on Tenerife is hard to beat. The approximately 45 m² cave with annex is more than 100 years old and was brought back to life in the summer of 2022 and lovingly renovated as a vacation home. The comfortable amenities leave almost nothing to be desired (note: Wi-Fi available, NO TV!! ;-)

La Bohemia (Tejeda)

LA BOHEMIA AYACATA HOUSE House located in the heart of the island, under the Roque Nublo. Perfect for enjoying tranquility, outdoor activities... Starting point for routes, trails and a perfect location to get to know the island by car. Near the village of Tejeda, chosen among the most beautiful villages in Spain and winner of the 7 Rural Wonders of Spain. The most famous dams on the island (Presa de La Niña, La Chira, Soria) are located 15 minutes from the house.

(Caserones) La Aldea de San Nicolás Beach.

Old terrera house, from 1954, fishermen's house in La Aldea, especially for the elderly or disabled, as it has no entrance stairs. Close to the beach and many restaurants. Gas stations, pharmacy and supermarkets about a kilometer away. Authorized to accommodate only four people. Price: 60 euros per night. Special prices per week or month. For several months, ask me. Fixed parking behind the house without any problem. La Aldea is a very quiet and safe village.

Casa Catina

Casa Catina is located in the village of Huerta del Barranco, in the natural park of Tejeda, Gran Canaria. The village has recently been nominated by “(SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN)” as the first of the seven rural wonders of Spain. With its volcanic scenery, the impressive nearby rock faces Bentaiga and Nublo, and many different varieties of subtropical plants, it benefits from a truly unique natural setting, ideal for relaxing and for many outdoor activities.
