Nice apartment to spend some quiet holidays with some sea views from the terrace. Parking is free. There is a garden and swimming pool as some close areas to swim in the sea like Cala en Forcat, Cala'n Brut or cala'n Blanes. The wifi speed is 20MB and there is also airconditioning. Located in the heart of the Calan Forcat complex, this detached villa has very easy access to the coast with Calan Forcat cove and is very close to Calan Brut. In the center of the complex, there are many bars and restaurants. The old capital, Ciutadella, is a 10-minute drive away and is full of interesting architecture, winding streets and excellent places to have lunch and go for a walk.
