The coast is just 40 minutes drive.

The accommodation is located on the 4th floor and provides stunning panoramic views of the main beach of Águilas and the coast of Murcia, which has a blue flag, access with showers and surveillance service by the Spanish Red Cross.

Beautiful newly renovated apartment located by the sea in the coastal city of Águilas. It consists of two rooms, one with two separate beds and the other with a 1.50 cm bed. Independent kitchen equipped with all appliances and a bathroom with shower tray. It has a washing machine and a large balcony with a sea view for enjoyment. The sofa can be used for sleeping by pulling out its seats. It is equipped with air conditioning and duct heating. It also has ceiling fans.
