Vacation rentals in Loup County

Cindy was a pleasant and an understanding host, when it snowed and we needed an extra night Cindy and her cleaning crew graciously accommodated us. The house itself is an incredible setting for hosting a large family or a couple of close families looking for a great place to stay. We will definitely be back in the future, thank you, Cindy!

There were a few things that stood out as over and above the usual. For example, a multi USB charger on the entry table that had several different types of connections. Made it simple for us to charge devices. Though kitchen is small, everything needed was there and easy to get to. And it wasn't overcrowded or stuffed. Serving utensils, sharp knives w/cutting board, necessary cooking pans, measuring devices and even some basic spices nicely organized on a shelf for easy access. As a cook, this helped me get right to work and not have to dig around for things. The BlackStone grill was a nice plus as we were able to cook some sausages that came out great. Coat hooks right when you enter were convenient. Everything was well thought out and made our stay a pleasurable one. Thank you and we hope to use you again in the future.

The house was clean and it was a great experience. Megan communicated well and answered all questions! We will be back again!

We appreciate the place to stay. We were there for a fishing tournament. The parking for boats and trucks was a little tight, but it worked out. Hopefully we can get the same place in August. Thank you

Always appreciate a clean, quiet home in a small town. This place is that, and more. Seamless check in, quiet neighborhood, everything a person needs to relax. Definitely recommend!!

Located a couple minutes from Burwell and ~10 minutes from the Calamus Reservoir, it was a simple & convenient base of operations for us to do a quick family trip to Calamus. Everything as described, and at a reasonable price. Unrelated to this specific house or host, the flies in the area were pretty overwhelming in number - would recommend travelers to the area planning/packing supplies accordingly. Andrea had some bug spray out for us, which was nice to have.

Host was wonderful and friendly. We had everything we needed for a big family stay. House was perfect for what we needed. Very clean and accommodating.

This was the perfect place to stay for our work trip to the area for a week and a half. Super convenient location, and the decor and thoughtful touches far surpassed most AirBnB’s I’ve stayed at across the country in large cities! Very comfortable, homey space, with every amenity we could have asked for and more. Our flight got delayed so we arrived quite late and the code to get in wasn’t working, but thankfully it was easy to get ahold of the host and get the door reprogrammed! So the host is responsive to any needs that come up. Beautiful stay and will recommend to all future colleagues who visit the area!

cute, cozy and cost effective! Booked this space for me, my four kids and my mom and sister as an overnight stay on a cross country road trip. cozy and clean beds. equipped kitchen. and hot shower! much cheaper and more comfortable than a hotel. highly recommend. Marcia also has yummy banana bread prepped for us which was a welcome treat after a long travel day.
