Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Louviers

Everything was perfect. Everything is thought out to have a very nice stay and feel at home. I keep the address for future stays in Rouen.

A very comfortable, well-located, clean and well-equipped apartment in an older but not really old building . It rather felt like Pauline had stepped away temporarily, taking her clothes but leaving everything else, including lots of ornaments and knickknacks lovingly collected over many years. It was nice to have windows on opposite sides of the apartment for airflow. Note that there is a shower room and a separate toilet room, not 1-1/2 bathrooms as indicated in the listing.

A very spacious and quiet apartment, just a 10-minute walk from a large shopping center and 20 minutes from the city center. Spotlessly clean and fully equipped.

This place was tastefully decorated and had all the comforts of home. Would be a great place to stay for a couple or a couple and child. Very nice hosts!

I would recommend this place, very well equipped and arranged, very bright with a beautiful unobstructed view. It has everything you need in the accommodation for a pleasant stay and the parking space is a real plus. Location is ideal, quiet. Jeanne was very responsive and accommodating. I loved staying in this apartment where you can feel at home.

Beautiful bright and quiet accommodation. The bedding is comfortable. Basement parking is welcome. The center and shops are close by. Beautiful art nouveau houses on the street for amateurs and the city center deserves a walk. We were hosted very well! Thanks to Elodie and her family.

Excellent stay in Anne and Nicolas's house, exceptional environment for children, equestrian center and educational farm at the foot of the house. Justine’s cottage was perfect - private, beautiful roses, lovely landscaping. The cottage is better than the pictures and perfect for 2 people who each need a bedroom and bath. It was very well equipped, an easy walk to the local patisserie, Carfour Corner and a fruitier with beautiful vegetables as well as fruit. Also an easy but longer walk to the museums, churches and Sunday market. A real find!

I had a fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb. The place was spotless, tastefully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. One of the highlights was the beautiful and private garden, perfect for relaxing—and especially ideal for kids to play safely and freely. It truly made the stay feel like a home away from home. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, offering great local tips and making check-in smooth and easy. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as coffee capsules, bottled water. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with a bakery and grocery store just a short drive away. It’s also conveniently located about an hour’s drive from the northern coastal area. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to families or anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and well-cared-for place to stay.

The stay at Amaury's was perfect. The place is perfect for a family. We were able to enjoy the pool and exteriors (tennis court and badminton location). The house is beautiful and has all the essentials to have a great time (very well equipped kitchen, tables, sofas, excellent bedding, foosball etc.). Amaury is very welcoming. He was able to put us at ease and was attentive to our requests. We recommend this accommodation to have a good time with the family, in the green in all conviviality. My grandmother had a lovely 90th birthday. Thank you again.

A great place to stay is the second time we've been there. The person is very kind, sweet and offers a great accompaniment. The cleanliness is impeccable. We had a lovely time, to do it again without hesitation!

Apartment as advertised, quiet, very comfortable bedding, spacious bathroom, separate toilet, large living/dining room/kitchen very well equipped. We had a lovely stay at Cristina's who was a very attentive and very responsive host. All amenities, pool and bus to Rouen are just around the corner, what more could you ask for? We'll be back!

Well appointed accommodation with all the necessities at your disposal. Comfortable bed. Very large windows bring a beautiful brightness. Easy street parking. The directions provided are very clear and easy to follow. Value is fair. Our host was very responsive during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay in Sofia’s apartment! It was as described in the photos and the train station was an easy 10min walk. The buses and metro station were within a 5 minute walk. Churches, shops and restaurants all walkable! Sophia was wonderful, easy to reach and very responsive. I would highly recommend her rental.

I spent 3 weeks at Ricardo's apartment and immediately felt very good there. The apartment is very well-equipped, impeccable and Ricardo is very responsive. Recommended!

El Beuf is not a city of action and excitement. It a city of diverse culture and deep history. Everything is within walking distance and the location provided a great cross breeze to keep me and my family cool inside the home. My host was responsive and even attempted to resolve my internet issues (as I work remotely). Although we did not get it fully resolved, it means a lot that my host made the attempt. The unit is at the center of town, so as a disclaimer: There are pigeons, but they won't bother you if you don't bother them 😁. I recommend this place with 5 stars, and would rent again.
