In unserem urgemütlichen und gleichzeitig sehr gehobenen Tiny House/Bauwagen, könnt ihr abschalten und Eure Auszeit genießen! Der 2025 neu gebaute Wagen verfügt über einen Wohn- /Schlafbereich, ein separates Bad sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Der kleine Kamin lädt bei jedem Wetter zu gemütlichen Stunden ein, während ihr durch das Panoramafenster den Blick in die Ferne schweifen lasst.

Quiet apartment. The apartment is on the first floor and is accessible via a staircase. The bedrooms have external roller blinds. Every now and then you can hear the train passing by or the highway. Approximately 15 minutes' walk to Wulsdorf train station. Approximately 20 minutes' walk to the nearest bus. There is a large, well-maintained playground 50 meters away. An independent check-in via a key box is also possible after the actual check-in time. Pets are not allowed.

Vergiss deine Sorgen – ruhig und doch zentral ist diese sehr gemütlich eingerichte Ferienwohnung mit Balkon in Bexhövede. Ein Ort zum wohlfühlen und verweilen. Nur knapp 8 km von Bremerhaven entfernt. Hier finden sie diverse Ausflug- und Shoppingmöglichkeiten. Ca. 40km entfernt befindet sich Cuxhaven - hier kann man am Sandstrand verweilen oder über die Strandmeile schlendern. Ab jetzt können vor Ort auch Fahrräder gemietet werden. Für E-Bikes ist auch eine Garage vorhanden.

Lage idylisch auf dem Lande neben einem kleinen Bauernhof. Wander und Radwege vorhanden. Ca.10 Km bis Bremerhaven.Bis zur Bundesstraße ca.800m,dort gibt es auch Busverbindungen nach Bremerhaven. In Loxstedt ( ca.7km ) gibt es einen Bahnhof,sowie diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aber auch in 4 Km,5 Autominuten. Grillmöglichkeit am Haus. Stellplatz vor dem Haus. Bitte hinterlasst die Wohnung besenrein. Mülltonnen befinden sich hinter dem Haus.

Quick access to the city center, main train station and shopping facilities offer you an excellent location in Bremerhaven. Tourist attractions such as the Climate House, Emigration Center & Fishing Harbor can be quickly reached on foot or by bus in bad weather. Das Ferienhaus LOTTA befindet sich idyllisch am Weser-Radweg und der alten Weser. Schön im Grünen und dennoch seid ihr in kürzester Zeit in Bremerhaven. Die Umgebung bietet vielfältige Gelegenheiten zum Aufenthalt in der Natur. Entspannt bei langen Spaziergängen durch die Marschendörfer und Ortschaften oder nutzt die zahlreichen Fahrradwege entlang des Weserdeiches. (Karl‘s Erdbeerhof Loxstedt nur ca. 3,5 km entfernt und wunderbar mit dem Rad zu erreichen.)

Our cozy cottage is located in the south of Bremerhaven (120 sqm plus conservatory). A Netto is within walking distance. The nearest bus stop is just a minute away, and Wulsdorf train station is a 5-minute walk away. Bremerhaven city center or the dyke can be reached within 10 minutes by car. The state capital Bremen can be reached by train in 45 minutes, even faster by car. The North Sea beaches can be reached in max 30 minutes.
