We invite you to a cottage where, instead of a TV, your attention will be drawn to panoramic windows overlooking the forest right from a comfortable bed. On the terrace, you will be greeted by a squirrel and a neighbor's cat, in the morning you will be awakened by birdsong, and in the evening the starry sky will take your breath away. We built our cottages on the edge of the 430-year-old village of Ciotusza Nowa, where the Sopot River has its source (hence the name of the cottage). The private forest connects with the forests of the Krasnobrodzki Landscape Park. The area is ideal for hiking and biking.

A stylish place to stay in the very center of the city. The apartment is located in the attic and has its own unique atmosphere. Great place. 5 minutes walk to the market square, 2.5 minutes to the swimming pool, 2 minutes to the Stara Ujeżdzalnia Shopping Mall and 30 seconds to the Żabka store, which is located in the same building. With the window open, you can sometimes smell the sweet smell of the nearby cookie factory :). Downtown, but also quiet and peaceful on a small one-way street. A good place to relax and unwind.

The manor house is located among endless fields and forests. The area is absolutely quiet, we have no neighbors, and the only sounds you will hear are crickets, the sound of the forest and birds singing. The manor house has an area of about 230m2 and is located on a huge plot with walking areas and a gorge. The building has 4 rooms with private bathrooms with a shower, 2 fully equipped kitchens and a spacious living room with an area of 76m2, a height of over 4.5m and 11 large windows overlooking the forest and fields.

Roztocze, Podlesina; Uroczysko on the bicycle trail

If you like the forest, silence, nature and cycling/jogging, this is the place for you. Podlesina is a village in the forest, on the route of the Central Cycling Trail of Roztocze. Children forget about screens, absorbed in watching frogs at the spring and rolling down the sandy hill straight to the playground. It is a great starting point for exploring Roztocze: Szumy nad Tanwią, Zwierzyniec, kayaking, Szczebrzeszyn, Zamość in close proximity. Lviv is only 90 km away. Large spaces, original glazing, a fireplace, a 6-meter-high mezzanine are just some of the advantages of the marina. The house has 5 bedrooms and a large open 50-meter living room. The house is designed for 12 people plus possibly children. We have a large barbecue gazebo, a Jacuzzi and many old rural buildings where you can relax.

A more than 100-year-old yard at the end of the quiet village of Paary between Suśce and Narol in the Central Roztocze. The property is located in the Solska Forest Landscape Park.
