Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the lakeside resort Lubmin. This is a unique wood-clad architectural house, consisting of two units that can be combined with each other. Together with the house "Gustav" and the adjacent tiny house "Franz", our modern forest villa can accommodate up to 9 guests in a unique environment directly in the pine forest.

From this centrally located accommodation you are in no time at all important places. Our apartment is 700 meters away from Greifswalder Bodden. The Greifswalder Bodden is a Bodden waters on the south coast of the western Baltic Sea. It is the largest Bodden in the pre-Pomeranian Baltic Sea coast. The Seebd Lubmin is centrally located. Usedom Island is 16 km away, while the island of Rügen is 54 km away . The Hanseatic city of Greifswald can be reached in 20 minutes by car
