Monthly Rentals in Lucia Beach

What a cozy, beautifully furnished and decorated space. A lot of thought went into making guests feel they’re staying somewhere very special. We certainly did. The second floor apartment with its spacious deck had a view of the ocean and some spectacular sunrises. This was our first visit to Maine and we wanted somewhere central on the coast, like Owl’s Head. It was a good base to explore from. And there was lots to do close by. We were especially pleased to discover the Bernard Langlais art preserve only a few miles away. Rockland is ten minutes away and has a lot of great places to eat.

This lodging could not have been more perfect for me and my dog to spend the holidays. The space is immaculate, well-heated, and very comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked with cookware. The interior is bright during the day with tons of sunlight and extremely quiet at night. The house is set far from the roadway with a lovely field path to the river in the back. The wide-open field space felt very safe for my dog. The hosts are warm and kind folks, always available but also maintain privacy. I hope to stay here again, and I would highly recommend it to friends. Advice to future guests: I used my GPS every time I returned to the property because the driveway entrance sneaks up on you along a 60 MPH roadway. Good to use the turn signal early.

Cute place, great kitchen and and big, comfy beds. Walkable to downtown restaurants and bars, would recommend for long stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Spring and David's over the holidays. They're super kind and considerate hosts, and their place was so clean and comfortable. The bedroom is enormous and serene and I really enjoyed it the space some online yoga classes when taking a break from visiting with family. We would stay with them again in a heartbeat (and hope to!)
