A house in the fields

The house is situated alone in a sea of fields, surrounded by the wind in a fantastic perennial garden. With the help of many artist colleagues and friends, this formerly unspectacular guesthouse from the 1990s was converted and renovated into a small oasis and a garden was created with the help of landscape designer Rainer Elstermann. In constant growth and change, an idyllic place was created - and is still being created - in which 10 people can be accommodated in the guest part.

The country house on the Achtwasser is a real luxury vacation home: The exclusive thatched half-timbered house in ecological clay construction with idyllic water views is located in the middle of the Usedom Nature Park. The interior shows attention to detail and is not only cozy, but also comfortable and practical. The house is ideal for groups of up to 12 people and families with children. On the property, there is also a large sauna for up to 8 people with great garden views.

Our vacation rental is located on a peninsula in a unique setting—on one side, it is just 100 metres from Lake Neuwarp, and on the other side, it is only about 80 metres from the Szczecin Lagoon. Perfect for relaxation, enjoying nature, and leisurely walks along the water. In our small town, you will find two bistros, a pizzeria, and a café. There is a supermarket only about 500 metres from the apartment. The beautiful city of Szczecin is located about an hour's drive from us.

The beautiful fireplace and sauna provide a cozy winter retreat. For workaholics, we have set up a fully equipped office.

The former colonial house is one of the oldest buildings in Rieth and has seen many residents come and go in its more than 250-year history.
