Bicycles are available to borrow. AC, WiFi, Kitchenette with stove. Tea/coffee maker, microwave, fridge, grill. Small bathroom with shower, toilet. Bed linens/towels are included, can also be rented for SEK 50 (5 euros) per person. Payable on arrival. Final cleaning before departure by the tenant. Bed linen and towels are available and can be rented at a cost of SEK 100/set (1 set = sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, bath towels). Please let us know well in advance of arrival if you wish to do so. Kitchen towel and small towel in the bathroom are included in the rental.

Relax in this unique and cozy home. Warm welcome to "129". Our guest house is located right by the sea, on a secluded part of our garden. Quiet, harmonious and peaceful. Swimming facilities are available. 2 km to Gränsö nature reserve with nice hiking trails, 3 km to Västervik city center. 1 km to Ekhagen golf course. Suitable for two or max three people. It is nice to dock by boat at our jetty if you want to bring a boat. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, but we would like them to sleep in their own bed.

Our garden house is a newly renovated accomodation located close to baths, golf and nature with walking distance to the town centre-approximately 10-15 minutes. The house is equipped with a fridge, freezer, stove, oven and a microwave oven and all the kitchen utensils you might need. During the summer months you also have access to a barbecue. Cyklar finns att låna, det är bara ca 10 min till Västervik Resort och ca 15 minuter till centrum. OBS! Huset har byggts ut 2025 för att få till ett ordentligt sovrum.
