The 35 sq meters apartment by the sea is located on the first floor of the house where we live and has an independent entrance. The 42 sqm terrace is shared by two apartments. The house is located in a beautiful pine forest by the sea, on the island of Wolin, 15 minutes walk from the seaside beach and 7 minutes walk from the lake, by the provincial route 102. The city of Dziwnów is about 1800 meters away, Międzywodzie is about 2000 meters away, by a pedestrian bicycle path, illuminated or asphalt road.

Płyniewoda Cottages is a place created for people who value minimalism and beautifully designed space. Functional interiors and panoramic windows create an atmosphere conducive to relaxation. Each of the 5 houses combines comfort with original design: a living room with a fireplace and terrace, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms in the attic. All have air conditioning and comfortable amenities. From 2026, guests will be able to use the heated SWIMMING POOL, and the sea is just a short walk away.

The house is located in a quiet area on the island of Wolin, close to the most beautiful wild beaches with wonderful cliffs, several lakes, cycling and walking routes and a golf course. It is a great base for other seaside attractions nearby. At the same time, we have peace and quiet on the spot, the sunset admired from the terrace and the stars looking into the eyes.

Comfortably furnished, with a touch of luxury it is perfectly designed for relaxation for families and friends.

Słoneczny Zakątek is a resort located in the village of Strzeżewo, near Łukęcin. It consists of 5 comfortable cottages, a playground, a barbecue area, a large swimming pool with heated water, a Russian banya, bicycles, ping-pong, a trampoline, and a football field. The cottages are less than 3000 meters from the sea, to which a safe path leads. Our cottages are of high standard and comfortable. We provide all guests with parking spaces in the resort. The entire resort is fenced.

Our holiday home is the perfect place to relax with a view of the bay. Fully equipped, it offers comfort and tranquility, and an additional advantage is a Jacuzzi with a beautiful view and a spacious gazebo where you can enjoy moments in the fresh air. The picturesque location provides peace, quiet and closeness to nature, creating ideal conditions for relaxation. The summer house is located on Wrzosowska Bay, right next to Dziwnówek.
