danise's listing was acurate and the amenities were more than what average airbnb's provide. no fuss at the gate and very easy to find the place using google maps and her instructions. plus for us were the 3 rooms with lots of pillows, towels and basic toiletries. i think the house next door were her relatives and they provided assistance when we needed it. we also loved the honesty store. it was very fairly priced and the options were well thought of. smart tv, wifi and the living room aircon were also very much appreciated. 🥰

Overall, we enjoyed our stay! We visited in March, and it did get uncomfortably hot upstairs, so I’d recommend future guests consider paying the additional fee to use the living room air conditioner—it really makes a difference.

The Sunset house is situated in a peaceful neighborhood in Lucban. It is near a hospital, supermarket and church. The house itself is beautiful, homey and comfortable with lots of space. The caretaker, Susan, is friendly, approachable and easy to contact. We didnt have any problems with the accommodation, only that it was really cold during our stay and the blankets were not thick enough. But it is very minor. Overall, the place is worth the bucks. PS: bed is super comfy

This is our second time staying at Eugene's place, and once again, it exceeded our expectations! It's truly one of the best locations to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of city life and reconnect with nature. The surroundings are peaceful and rejuvenating, and we were lucky enough to experience some rain during our stay, which added a magical, almost folklore-like vibe to the entire setting. Always a 5-star stay for us! We hope the place continues to be maintained as it's the perfect getaway for nature lovers. We'll definitely be back again!

This is the first time I have absolutely no negative feedback — everything exceeded our expectations. The description was spot-on, the location is excellent, the house was spotless, and the host was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. Our family, which includes toddlers to seniors, had a fantastic time. There was something for everyone to enjoy, but the real standout was the game room. Unlike typical setups with just pool tables or board games, this one was on another level — packed with nostalgic arcade games, Dance Dance Revolution, a Nintendo Switch, and more. It was overwhelming in the best way, and honestly, one night just wasn’t enough to make the most of everything this place offers. Highly recommend!

Sulit stay. Nagenjoy kame sa pool which is warm until we checked out, there’s nothing to worry kahit ilang hrs magbabad yung kids sa pool, hindi maginaw. More than 20 pax kaya sa rooms, I think 5 to 6 queen size beds meron each rooms. Sobrang bait ng caretaker.

The place is cozy and we had the most amazing time during our cousins' getaway! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The place was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described in the listing. The Host is responsive, very accommodating and is considerate when we communicate our requests. We thoroughly enjoyed it here. My family and I had a great stay at Marlie’s. The place is good and spacious which is perfect for a big family! The owner is very responsive and answered all my questions quickly. I will make sure to recommend this place to my friends.

1. There are several rules and we agree to it 100%, if you are staying at someone's place people should respect it. 2. Jennelyn is excellent in replying to messages in a timely fashion. 3. Neneng, the caretaker looked after us well. I enjoyed having conversation with locals like her. We get to know what is happening around town. 4. Rooms were spacious, tidy & equipment all in working condition 5. We loved the place that we ended up extending for another night. 6. Fresh new water being pumped when we arrive. It turns on automatically, if it doesn't Neneng is made aware and she dealt with it. 7. Water temp - I would prefer if its hotter a little bit. During the night, water temp goes down, it gets a bit cool to dip in the morning even with the top up. 8. We would definitely stay again and recommend this place. If you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation with your family and friends in Pansol/Calamba Laguna, Celine’s place is the spot. Place is super clean, organize and well maintained. It’s like a secret garden with a natural hot spring pool and Jacuzzi. Kuya Joseph (caretaker) is also very nice and helpful. Make sure to use Celine’s instruction on how to get to the house for the address shown on the listing is a bit confusing. My family and I had a great time and we will definitely comeback. I highly recommend Celine’s place!

We had a wonderful and fun stay. This is one for the books as our dogs are able to run around, swim together with us and sleep in each separate AC rooms. The spring running water outside is so relaxing to hear and see. We woke up a little early the following day so we have the area all by ourselves. It was nice roaming around and taking pictures. I specifically loved that there are a lot of spaces that you can lounge. chairs and sofas are everywhere, nice to have a chat with your families here or play some of our board games. Water pressure is also so good, perfect for taking a shower. Bathrooms, rooms and sala are so spacious Kuya Ramil was helpfull and very polite and easy to communicate with the owner too

One of the best places to stay in Calamba. My family enjoyed the place. It was spacious and the rooms were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool is big and the water is warm. Really warm which is good for muscle tension. The whole place felt like home. The caretaker, Kuya Richard is very friendly and accommodating. He’s very easy to contact. The place has a sort of doorbell that alerts the caretaker’s place. The host, Mr. Michael, is very responsive. He gave us clear instructions on how to get to the place and he answered my questions promptly. Overall it was a relaxing staycation. Will definitely come back.

The resort is beautiful, very clean, and the caretaker Manang is very accommodating and kind though the resort is very old. The amenities are complete. The swimming pool is clean. My only concern is the check-in and check-out time—it would make our stay and enjoyment at the resort more worth it if the time was more flexible. I would suggest from 7 PM to 3 PM, especially for people like us who come straight from work and need to prepare. I hope you can consider this suggestions and more considerate when it comes to late check-in. Thank you!🙂

Our family had a great and wonderful experience staying at this private villa during my birthday celebration. The place is very cozy, clean and had a serene and relaxing ambiance. All of us had a nice dip on their clear and clean swimming pool and enjoyed singing with their karaoke. The swing in the area was also nice near the pool. The host is very accommodating and was very helpful even for our late notice for food order. Their caretaker Ms Maru was also helpful and accommodating. We shall definitely come back in this place again.

I know that there are so many choices if you want to stay around Cavinti. I actually don’t know how I managed to stick with talking to the owner, but it was totally worth it. The place was so beautiful and private. Tatang who assisted us was extremely kind and accommodating. I have no negative comments. As in! The price was totally worth it. Even the owner recommended some places to visit and things to do. If I go back to the Philippines, I would love to visit the place again. Some of my relatives have already asked me about it, and they want to go back immediately! We actually wanted to stay longer, but we have kids with classes and exams. Everything was awesome. I hope everyone can read my review. It was definitely great! Nature, Peaceful, Private, The place was all to ourselves! Recommended!

The reviews are true. Sir Daryl and Sir Danny were truly amazing hosts. As soon as you step in at their property, you don’t have to worry about anything since all listed amenities were readily available. I also appreciate Sir Danny’s willingness to help when we forgot to bring rice, he gave us some from their stock. Truly, it’s the small things that count.

location: when you want to be surrounded by nature, then this is one great place. price: a very friendly rate. services: food can be ordered, from breakfast to dinner and in between. leisure activities like boating, fishing and island hopping is offered. swim pools and game rooms were all available for all ages. pets are allowed. accommodation: staying at King's Landing is like having the nature as your backdrop at your parent's place. protected from the weather, yet free enough to enjoy everything. amenities: we would have swam in the small lake but we just ran out of time. a 3-day stay would be nice. Tilapia fish could be ordered in the morning, so that was nice too. island hopping was something that we also missed. so we will do that next time. staff: very friendly and accommodating. they are visible whenever you need something. Tents are cozy, clean and private enough. suggestions: ✓ the menu could be laminated and be inside the tents, with a number to send message to, so we can readily order. numbers can also be placed beside tents for easy references. ✓birthday/anniversary packages (like decorations inside or outside the tent,.food packages) offers. ✓souvenir items perhaps?

The Cliff is a perfect place if you want a peaceful and meaningful rest (tho you'll need to stretch your legs and arms for a short trekking going to the falls and river, but worth it! Promise!) One of the best part of our stay is we witness another God's beautiful creation, the Naculo Falls! Super responsive si Mark and Angeli with all my questions. And they made sure that we will enjoy our quick break sa The Cliff. Salamat! Kuya Gerson is very helpful to us. He really guided us from the start to end of our stay. Thank you, Kuya! 5 star ka sa amin! The place is surrounded with trees, so perfect place to write in your journal and read your books. A perfect place to reflect, be in the present, and just be grateful. Hope you'll experience this too when you book the place. If you love nature (including the bugs, frogs (but safe sila ah), and grasshoppers), The Cliff is for you. :)

the place is wonderful. clean, comfortable and chic. everything is provided except for blankets and towels that you need to ask from the caretaker but it is being indicated in the place description. the jacuzzi and arcade which my family enjoyed are all unlimited together with the smart tvs and videoke. wifi connection is great. clean bathrooms. spacious rooms. the design of the place and landscape is remarkable. everything is secured. no stray animals. parking is safe. the hosts and caretakers are both accommodating and generous. suggestions: -bbq grill - its quite awkward to do the bbq outside the house. 😁 -please provide blankets and towels -flies -the neighboring resort conducts a loud sunday worship, with all respect, i hope they find an enclosed hall, not all people share their religion. sorry✌️ all in all, the host and the place is great! will definitely book again and refer. thank you sooo much🙏😊❤️

This is my third time staying here. Regardless of the number of days I stay, the host gives me always 100%. kitchen utensils complimentary water toiletries clean sheets I requested for flat iron and they honored it without hesitatiin and with no extra fee. The host genuinely makes me feel welcomed and my stsy enjoyable and hassle-free.

The house sits in a compound with relatives as neighbors. The owners family was very kind and accommodating. Owner's mother gave us fruits from their farm. They have an adorable monkey and a friendly black dog. The decor collected from different countries really gave an aesthetic statement, and made the house unique. We had a well rested stay and true farm experience. Make sure you bring everything you need and buy from groceries and market before check in. The place is safe, peaceful and has the tagaytay weather. Bonsai plants adorn the outdoor garden. Even at the peak of summer, despite the days to be burning hot and humid, at night you dont need to use the aircon. It was like staying in Amadeo or Tagaytay. It was near Marilaque highway and Km90. This a modern farm house but do not expect a chique modern house though. Bring a car so you can enjoy getting around. Thanks Noli for your wonderful family and your amazing house.
