The Nut House

Glamping in the trees. Come experience the beauty and serenity of being in the forest in a unique craftsman treehouse on beautiful Camano Island just an hour and ten minutes north of Seattle. Your private parking and short trail leads to a short cable bridge into a cozy 150 sq. ft. cabin 13 ft above the forest floor. You’ll be surrounded by mahogany walls with a cozy full size futon up in the loft. If the futon is too cozy a campsite is available. The treehouse is warm even on chilly nights.

It offers a private beach footsteps away with a fire pit and gorgeous views of the water and sunsets. This house has two bedrooms and one bath. It is family friendly with a master bedroom that includes a queen bed, a second bedroom with bunk beds, and a pull out queen bed couch in the living room. Built in 2007, it's an authentic log cabin, custom designed out of Alaskan Yellow Cedar. Enjoy the rustic-yet-elegant vibe, radiant heated floors, cozy loft bed, outdoor bbq and private location. Located 10 min. west of La Conner, guests can browse shops, adventure on unique hikes, or enjoy a relaxing beach stroll.

Walk, bike, paddle, drop anchor, or roll up at our private beach, no bank waterfront house. Our house includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, 2 decks....and a privately owned beach with spectacular views of Mt. Baker and the Twin Sisters. The cabin has Wi-Fi internet access. NO PETS! Please be aware that during 2 weeks between April 26 - May 11, the car ferry is in dry-dock, so there is NO CAR ACCESS on/off the island. Foot Ferry Only

1206 EAST McLeod. Private apt below our home. NO KITCHEN, must be over 25 years to stay in Bellingham. That is Bellingham’s municipal code rules. 2 minutes to I-5. Take Exit 255/WA 542. Near a bus line, Don't feel like going to Canada or Mount Baker tonight? Stay here instead and get an early start in the morning. Quiet but close to everything. We allow dogs for a 20.00 night fee. PLEASE LET US KNOW WHEN BOOKING IF YOU HAVE A DOG. No cats.

Conveniently located in between Seattle and Vancouver BC. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish tiny home which was recently constructed out of a previous carport on the back of our 1/3 acre. Simple yet well-stocked, you should have everything you need to make breakfast or a simple dinner. The bed is comfy, the couch is comfy, the wifi is fast. If you visit anytime July-October you can come browse my dahlia patch and vegetable garden!

The Walnut Hut

Unique and tranquil getaway. The Walnut hut is a cozy rustic cabin on our 9 acre permaculture biodynamic farm. Peaceful country setting. We are about 6 miles from Bellingham, Lynden and Ferndale, and 17 miles from the Canadian border. Seasonal Farmstand. Farm tours available by appointment. Bathroom with shower in a nearby building, and an outdoor kitchen usually available April thru October. Microwave and fridge available year round.

We strive to provide our guests with the same beauty, security and peace we have enjoyed on the island for 30 years.
