The place is great! Perfect for family outings. We felt very relaxed with the beds. Easy access to the ocean, it’s fun to do some snorkeling cause there’s lots of fish.

The place was amazing, very clean and had a good space for big families to hangout with. Mr. Bryan was very responsive, when we needed help for some things, he was very prompt and literally one text away. Responsive host. The living and dining area is quite tight for 6 persons but the entire unit is fine. Bedrooms were spacious enough and comfy. Condiments were available and free to use. Smoking is allowed in the balcony which is convenient for smokers. We encountered issue during checkout but the host was professional and understanding throughout the ordeal. My apologies again to the host for what happened.

We had a pleasant holiday in Joan's house. The apartment is very nice, the kitchenette equipped with pots and appliances. The larger bedroom is very spacious, bright and quiet. The view from the balcony is very beautiful, you can see the sea which is not very far away and beautiful tropical vegetation. The swimming pool is not very large but is perfect for spending pleasant and refreshing moments. Joan, our host, is very nice and above all very helpful and attentive to the needs of her guests. We will definitely return to Samal to Joan's house.

Very nice place to get away and relax. I felt like I was in a resort because Glenn’s hospitality and attention to details was 5 stars. I would definitely come back again. Girlfriend was in love with the place.

Host is always responsive.

It was our second time staying there in just a matter of three months but it always felt the same - Very homey and peaceful. The expansive lawn gave the kids a lot of space to play. It is also near the port and the market so it was easy for us to buy stuff we need. Fish vendors can drop by and we can buy freshly caught fish. The owner is also very thoughtful. We will definitely book again!

the view is stunning, the place is private and one with nature. Host and Care taker is friendly, easy to communicate with. Highly recommendded to people looking for relaxing area for vacation.

Host are so responsive, they provide anything you need as long as they can provide. We came for summerfrolic event but it’s a bit far from there, thats why they provide us a motorcycle FOR FREE. They also provide WALKIE TALKIE for easy communication if we do have concerns. Place has strong wifi too. Place is safe and peaceful. In addition, my iPhone was left at their place or I didn’t know where exactly but they follow me to terminal to return it. We are truly grateful for them and surely to recommend. God bless!
