In the harbor you have direct boat connections to the popular day trips, along the seal banks in the Wadden Sea National Park as well as to the islands, Juist and Norderney. Ein Ausflug zu verschiedenen Nordseeinseln lohnt sich immer. Im Winter kannst du den Sonnen- untergang direkt von deiner Wohnung aus genießen. Herrlich!

Gönnt euch eine entspannte Pause fernab vom Alltag. Unser liebevoll eingerichtetes Landhaus liegt ruhig am Feldrand, in der Nähe unseres über 150 Jahre alten Gulfhofes - ideal für Paare oder Freunde,die Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit suchen. Nach einem Spaziergang am Deich oder Strand könnt ihr den Abend in der gemütlichen Wohnung oder auf der schönen Terasse mit Blick auf die Felder ausklingen lassen. Die weite Landschaft und die frische Nordseeluft machen den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem.

Unsere kleine Unterkunft lädt zum Entspannen ein und dazu, die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Die Besonderheit ist, dass zur Wohnung ein See gehört in dem man Angeln und Schwimmen kann. Diesen teilt man sich mit den Mitbewohnern der Hauses, so dass man auch schnell Anschluss zu den lokalen Nachbarn findet, falls man das möchte. Der Ortskern von Norden befindet sich 800m entfernt und fußläufig erreichbar. Auf dem Weg dorthin kommt man durch eine Straße mit abwechslungsreichen Restaurants.

We rent a newly furnished 2 room apartment with about 55 sqm in Berumbur with upscale equipment. The apartment is quietly located about 5 minutes/walk from the swimming lake. Supermarkets, banks, pharmacy, etc. are quick to reach. Various restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. Norden is about 10 minutes away by car and Norddeich about 15 min. In the open living and dining area there is a modern equipped kitchen free WiFi incl. towels/bed linen. Minimum stay 2 nights.

Abseits vom Trubel und doch nahe dran – Urlaub zum Wohlfühlen Wir wohnen im ländlichen Teil von Norden - in Ostermarsch. Zu den Stränden nach Norddeich oder nach Neßmersiel sind es jeweils 8 km. Die Fähren nach Juist, Norderney, Baltrum und Langeoog sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Das Meer ist von uns aus kaum 1.200 m entfernt. Frische Seeluft ist also inklusive. Von der Terrasse aus lassen sich atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge beobachten.

This apartment on the second floor of a detached house consists of a bedroom for three people, a kitchen with new built-in kitchen, a cozy living room and bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. From the living room, a balcony can be reached. In the garden, a terrace with barbecue facilities is available separately for guests. Within walking distance are shops, small shops, restaurants, doctors, pharmacy and a bicycle rental in the village of Hage.

The ground-floor apartment with terrace is oriented to the west and north with a view of the surrounding fields. The bedrooms, the shower room and the separate toilet are located in the rear part of the apartment and are separated from the living room by a hallway. The approx. 33 m² living room with kitchenette and dining table has a ceiling height of around 2.9 m. The cozy sofa corner is the ideal place to relax and a fireplace provides comfort.

Live in nature. Idyllic country house with garden + sauna

Here you can simply switch off, relax in the fully equipped and cozy house, enjoy nature and sauna in the garden, stroll in the city center in ten minutes or simply drive to the sea (about 7 km to the beach). Shopping, bakery, train station and bus station are only 700 m or a 10-minute walk away. The accommodation is only rented out temporarily for a few weeks a year, as it is my own main apartment (private living space).

Our apartment is located in Halbemond on the East Frisian North Sea coast ❌ Close to Norddeich, Nessmersiel or Dornumersiel! In just 10 minutes by car to Norddeich or 20 minutes to Greetsiel. Everything is very easy to reach by car. Emden is 25 kilometers away. Recreational facilities: The Oceanwave, seal breeding station, Waloseum and automobile & toy museum are located in Norddeich. The Tea Museum is in Norden.
