Location: The 62 m2 apartment is located on the ground floor (+ 20 m2 terrace and 70 m2 garden) in a quiet area in the village of Luynes in the municipality of Aix-en-Provence, a 15-minute drive from Cours Mirabeau. Rooms: It includes a large living room-kitchen equipped with all the comforts and two bedrooms, the three rooms overlooking the terrace and garden. Si vous venez avec un enfant, il doit impérativement savoir nager car notre piscine (non destinée aux voyageurs) est sécurisée par un abri qui reste ouvert en période de forte chaleur. Vous trouverez dans le studio : lave linge, lave vaisselle, réfrigérateur, TV, clim...

Small air-conditioned wooden house

Small independent wooden house on 2 levels (28 m2 in total), behind our own house. Parking in front of the house. 100 m from shops, 150 m from the bus stop. It is more suitable for 2 people (but 4 beds possible (140/190 bed on the 1st floor + 140/190 sofa bed on the ground floor, small children's convertible). Big dogs would be a problem in this small space! Broadband internet but no TV! Sheets ,towels provided and basic products (coffee, tea, household products, toilet paper, etc.)
