About 5 minutes walk to Kungshamn's nice exercise loop with associated outdoor gym and obstacle course for the children

House in Lyse, Lysekil

Peaceful living in wonderful nature. Up on the mountain next to the house, you have one of the West Coast's most spectacular views. You can see Lysekil, Smögen and the open North Sea. Unbeatable sunsets! Close to the old coastal community of Skalhamn with a natural harbour, large marina and restaurant. Grocery stores, restaurants, Havets hus, etc. are located in Lysekil. 12 minutes by car. Choose between natural beaches, cliffs and child-friendly swimming. 5 minutes by car. Hiking trails and golf course in the vicinity. Bicycles are available to borrow.

Charming cottage - close to the sea and nature

Our charming cottage in Ramsvikslandet is rented weekly or per night. The cottage is fresh and has a kitchen/living room, bedroom and tiled bathroom with shower and washing machine. The cottage (25 sqm) has 4 beds, 2 of which are sofa beds in the living room. The kitchen has all the equipment needed and there is a patio with barbecue grill. Fantastic nature and hiking trails around the corner and only a few minutes' walk to swimming on rocks or sandy beach. Proximity to camping with the possibility to rent a boat, kayak, etc. Golf course about 20 minutes by car.

Small cottage outside Hunnebostrand

Small charming house from 1909. The ground floor has a hall, kitchen with a wood stove, living room, and bedroom. Downstairs there are two bedrooms. Downstairs there is a ground floor basement, recreation room with fireplace and a toilet with shower and washing machine. The open plot of 7000 m2 slopes southwards, has a stream and a pond, beautifully located in a quiet place between field, mountain and forest. The track from Hunnebostrands passes on two sides. A beautiful walk through the forest leads into the community, about 1.5 km.

Welcome to Ulseröd, a small oasis with proximity to the sea and forest close to the center of Lysekil. Here you live comfortably with tiled bathrooms, small laundry room, modern kitchen with social surfaces and spacious sofa. There are two bedrooms on the entrance floor as well as a sleeping loft that is perfect for children and young people. Outside the cottage there is a terrace with outdoor furniture. We hope you will be staying! Bed linens and towels are brought by guest, or rented by us for 100 SEK per set.

Quiet neighborhood, mostly seasonal residents.

Knappt 1 mil norr om Lysekils sommarpuls ligger detta väl skyddade boende knappt 10 minuters gångavstånd från vattenbrynet eller ca 15 promenad minuter ned till Skalhamns by och hamn. I en superfräsch och nyuppförd lägenhet på ca 55 kvm ovanpå vårt nya garage finner ni all komfort med närhet till Bohusläns vackraste skärgård. På 20 min promenerar ni ned till Basteviks moderna marina med dess populära pub och restaurang.

Stugan

Ta en paus och varva ner i denna fridfulla oas. Bo för er själva med djur och natur alldeles utanför knuten. Ni kommer att bo på en liten fårgård med många djur som ger landskapet liv. Hälsa på vallhunden Svante och träffa våra höns och ankor som ger oss ägg. Hela gården andas genuin lantlighet och stillhet på en ö som under sommaren är sjuder av liv. Stugan är gammal, men nyfixad med en smakfull mix av genuin lantlighet och lite vardagslyx.
