De Ouwe Stal has a cozily furnished living room with a gas fireplace, TV, DVD player and sound system. Detached bungalow with garden (5000m2) Maashorst

Our detached cottage (approx. 90m2) is tastefully and comfortably furnished. It has a sitting area with a wood stove, a spacious kitchen, and two bedrooms with air conditioning and bathroom. The many windows overlook a beautiful 5000 m2 garden (!) and offers a sea of peace, space and privacy. The garden has been lovingly decorated and maintained, and is full of plants and flowers, attracting squirrels and various types of birds. Adjacent to nature reserve the Maashorst and nice villages.

B&B Wachtpost 29, real gem in the middle of nature

What was once a train track from Boxtel to Wesel has now become a beautiful walking trail through the natural wealth surrounding Houtvennen. Our guest house stands dead centre in this area! We call it a B&B because we serve a royal breakfast after every night of your stay. Simultaneously, it’s a magnificent vacation home with complete privacy in an environment where you can go for a walk, go cycling, but also just relax. One of our guests called it “A real gem”. And that’s a fact.

Breakfast can be booked for 15.00 euros pp. The blacksmith is located in a rural location, good for walking and cycling trips, close to various nature reserves. Looking for a nice activity? Staying at the Boshuis in Schaijk is great! The house is surrounded by a beautiful sunny forest garden ( about 400 m2 ) with lots of privacy, a trampoline, a picnic table and a shed for your bikes. There is also a lovely covered terrace. The small-scale holiday park is located near the beautiful nature reserve the Maashorst, the primeval area of Brabant, with 3 types of grazers. In short, a wonderful area for recreation. In the area you can go hiking and cycling.
