We recently added this new recycled apartment to enjoy a stylish experience in a central area, a few meters from beautiful tourist spots in Rosario such as the waterfront on the Parana River, the monument to the flag, the pedestrian commercial or bar/restaurant area. Excellent brand new studio. Very bright and fully equipped with everything brand new. Privileged location 2 blocks from the city's main avenues (Oroño and Pellegrini). Meters from Independencia Park, the main green lung. 10 blocks from Pichincha, a bar and brewery area. Very close to the women's health center and the best clinics and diagnostic centers. Really close to everything!
