TV in the living and master bedroom. Wonderful locally owned Restaurants to pick from. It's a quiet neighborhood with the best neighbors! Sorry, but absolutely no pets or no smoking in the home!

This facility does not allow parties. This is a studio cottage with a queen bed and a loveseat - two guests maximum occupancy. Plenty room for the air mattress in the living room. ( Full Size) we furnish. Has all bed linens and bath towels and rags. Coffee Pot and cups. Kitchen has pots, pans bowls and glasses, plates and utensils.
