Newly renovated little house with fantastic views

Newly renovated main building in a farmhouse, secluded on the property, offering a wonderful view of Verdal and the Trondheim Fjord. It's perfect for two, and with the two guest beds, there's room to bring more people. There are horses on the farm that can be seen from the house. We enjoyed our stay here with the whole family; no traffic passing by the house. If you need accommodation for more than four people, it is possible to rent an additional studio. Welcome to this exclusive cabin in popular Damtjønna Hyttegrend! Here you will find plenty of outdoor activities such as hiking, swimming, fishing and cross-country skiing. Prepared ski slopes in the immediate vicinity of the cabin. And you can explore Trondheim which is within reach (50min). The cabin has four bedrooms, a cozy living room, modern kitchen, bathroom and a loft. The property is fully fenced, perfect if you bring your dog. 4-wheel drive in winter is recommended. Take care of small children, terrace has no railing.

The mirror suite has a mirror function in two walls. You can see out, but no one can see in. Not even the wild animals, birds, foxes or moose that wander by. Unique sea front cabin. Very modern and fully equipped. Amazing view over the fjord. The cabin is located 10-15 min outside the city center, with bus departure every hour. Bus stop 1 min away. The cabin is 28 m2 big and is available for up to 2 people. Upstairs mezzanine with a ladder-accessed bed and a comfy sleeping couch below. Free parking by the road and only 1 minute walk down a small hill to the house. The jacuzzi cost extra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.

Our penguin is a movable igloo of 20 m2, with 360 degrees view of the lake and land. For most people, a location close to the sea will be the first choice. Trondheimsfjordens perle is a good starting point for experiencing an environment with a lower pulse, history, hunting and fishing and outdoor life, a battery charger in other words. We can help with most things, transport, catering, boat rental, etc. Please note that it can get hot indoors when the sun is up, even with the aircon on.

You drive all the way up to the cabin, good parking. NB! In winter, in case of ice and difficult conditions, you may have to park approx. 30-40 m from the cabin.

"Forbord Dome" er en eksklusiv glampingopplevelse for to personer i hjertet av naturen. Du kan sove under stjernene, nyte panoramautsikten utover Trondheimsfjorden, få med deg en magisk solnedgang eller se det fantastiske nordlyset hvis du er heldig. Kuppelen er hele 23 kvadratmeter med vindu i taket og i fronten og den er plassert på en terrasse i to nivåer med sittegruppe og fyrfat. Det er mange flotte turmuligheter i omegn, hva med en tur til toppen av "Forbordsfjellet"?

Matbutikk finnes like i nærheten og det er ca 12 min kjøring til Steinkjer sentrum. Har en rolig katt som har eget rom i huset (vaskerommet) med egen inngang. Ett soverom med 180cm seng, ett soverom med 160 cm seng, to soverom med 120 cm seng. Her finnes en hage med muligheter for fotballspilling eller andre aktiviteter. Tre sittesoner ute.
