Very nice apartment, equipped with all the necessities. The location is convenient to walk to the center and easily find parking. We will definitely prefer it again!

The apartment is located in the city center with many advantages!! Parking in the area is a relatively easy task, alternatively close to the property there is private parking.The apartment is quiet, renovated with all amenities,spotless with large COMFORTABLE beds.The kitchen has the basics in case someone wants to cook.The host really made a very good impression, both for his service and for his interest in helping us with what we needed!! Thank you so much for everything, we will definitely meet again on our next excursion!!

Great house, very nice spaces with a great balcony for morning coffee. The house was in a very good part of the center, offering easy parking in the neighborhood, quiet and you went very quickly on foot everywhere in the center. The only tiny downside was that there wasn't a pot for cooking. It had 2 deep pans that were a little bigger than the kitchen eyes. Otherwise, it was a fantastic house and I would visit it again.

Great location. Right in the heart of town

We had an incredible stay at Dimitrios' place in Volos! From the moment we booked, Dimitrios was attentive and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed to make our stay seamless. He went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable throughout our visit, offering fantastic local tips and checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment itself is a gem. The balcony is absolutely stunning — the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening while taking in the beautiful views of the city. The location couldn’t be better, with easy access to all that Volos has to offer. It’s just a short walk to the waterfront, shops, cafes, and restaurants, making it an ideal base for exploring this vibrant city. The apartment was clean and very well equipped. In walking distance from the main roads were all the action happens in Volos. Magda was a great host she was thoughtful to have the a/c open upon our arrival in a hot day! She gave us suggestions about eating & drinking and she was always available when we made contact with her. Overall we are very satisfied. Thanks Magda!

The house is very convenient , I had to work remote and I had no problem with either the internet or the space. Distances are all very close so we went everywhere by foot! Finally, Yannis is a very friendly and helpful host , we had good communication and he responded immediately to what I asked him! Thank you so much for everything 🙏🏼

Wonderful, fully equipped place for family if 4. Located very close to everything: beach, shops, bar, restaurants, but at the same time very quite and isolated from the noise. Parking downstairs super comfortable, as little village during the weekend days can be filled with cars. Host very friendly & helpful. Highly recommend!

An Airbnb house above standard. A few steps to a long beach. Quite a big pool surrounded by abundant flowers. Delicate and respectful host. The room is ideal for two people with a kitchen, bathroom and wardrobe. It has a small veranda in front with an ideal size sitting and Laundry drying area . It's perfect for those who want to enjoy northern Evia and of course Psaropouli.

Amalia was extremely helpful and always asked about our well-being. Check-in was handled by her wonderful mom. She was available to us at all times. In the apartment, everything was really great: super clean, everything there (from toilet paper, aluminum foil, coffee, towels, detergent, vacuum cleaner (a real plus! - that's great!), hand soap, shower gel, etc.) We felt very comfortable.
