Excellent location The beach is quite nice and sleeping totally disconnected from the world is priceless. For the season it was to be expected the sargassum but it did not represent a problem since you can go to the other beaches.

We went for work, but the place made us forget that we were visiting. We are invited to return.

I have visited Mahahual many times for 10 years and this is definitely the best place I have ever stayed. It has everything it has to offer and more. I will definitely stay there on my next trip. Thanks to the hosts for their hospitality.

Mahahual is still a wonderfull and peacefull place to be on vacation. Blanca's and Ivan's Casita is a very welcoming and well placed lovely house with almost everything you need in, or a few meters in town , like for exemples shops, restaurants , beach (most important ^^) and a laundry. They are very welcoming , and Roberto ,the manager is too. Ask him for good tips and things to know or anything relative to the casita . He'll respond quickly. We realy enjoyed coming back to Mahahual for all those years , and we'll certainly come back next year !! Thank you and see you soon !

Super attentive and in communication for a better experience

The photos fail to describe the wonderful of the place. The view from the terrace is another level of beauty. We hit a full moon and you can't imagine that view and the awesome sunrise. In the depto everything impeccable and good taste. Thanks to Alejandra and Mr. Urs x their attention at all times. It was like being at home Pero on the beach shore. Thank you

Great place to stay, right across the malecon from the beach. Staff was great and friendly, very accommodating. Watch out for Dave. The apartment could use some kitchen supplies, cups etc. It’s on the second floor and the steps are difficult. We had a wonderful 10 day stay and will be back. Mahahual is a beautiful small town on a beautiful beach with great food and warm, friendly residents!

We had a wonderful time at Sabrina & Cesars place & would have loved to stay longer. Next year hopefully :) Sabrina & Cesar are very friendly & helpful hosts & have created an island of tranquility & beauty in Mahahual. The two buildings & the property were obviously designed with ecological preservation in mind. For the construction as little surface area as necessary was sealed. A rich selection of trees and plants are kept intact which creates shade naturally cooling the property. When one steps from the hot Mahahual streets on the property a magical little garden opens itself & the temperatures are a few degrees lower. Many birds, some very colourful roam the this garden. The apartments are tastefully furnished, designed & equipped. The beds will be a bit short for people taller than 182cm/6 feet. The location is in a quiet side street and there is no noise during day and night. The beach is circa 15-20 mins by foot, 5 Mins by bike. Highly recommended!

The place is great if you're looking to retire for a couple of days. It is far from downtown, but 10 minutes by bike from the beach and the Malecon, which is perfect. They lend you the free bikes, which is a great plus. It is a separate casita, so it is super quiet, surrounded by plants and nature, great for resting. In the area there are also restaurants and bars, if you prefer to avoid the center. The place is small but enough for one person for a couple of days. It has everything you need to cook, including a water bottle provided free of charge, and plenty of other basics like oil, salt, toilet paper, etc. Caro and Edwin are the perfect hosts, always attentive, always asking if I needed anything, they were in every detail, very respectful and careful about their space. Keep in mind that the place is surrounded by nature so there will always be some insect/bicho that appears, it is inevitable. I would definitely come back! Thanks guys!

The apartment is incredibly beautiful. The view of the sea is an absolute highlight. The apartment was very clean and exactly as described in the pictures. The beach is right in front of the house, 20 meters to walk, with loungers and palm trees offer the shade, you can snorkel right there and the operators do everything to remove the seagrass at the present time. We loved it and would come back. Ricardo and the co-hosts were very friendly and easy to reach at any time.

Everything was fine, it was tidy and the room is spacious, I really liked it

Very comfortable, good wifi, soft sheets and great communication. We let us check in early. Being away from everything can be difficult to get taxi to go to the malecón, but they solve it by asking for the phone of one of the taxi drivers.

The location was excellent and the view just beautiful. You could walk the Malecon and were close to good restaurants! Would definitely stay here again.
