Smoking-friendly vacation rentals in Mahé

Everything was really great! When we first entered the hotel, Marie welcomed us with a smile and beautiful treats. The room was very clean and the terrace was really peaceful. One evening we experienced Marie's delicious dinner. Of about 10 restaurants we went to in Seychelles, Marie's food was by far the best. We were sad to leave this beautiful place behind on our way out of the hotel but we were so happy to meet such a great host. I definitely recommend!! :)

We can highly recommend Evergreen apartments. They have the most beautiful garden which is kept tidy and which has a rich birdlife. We didn't meet Sherin as she was travelling, but Jaqueline who welcomed us was very welcoming and friendly. Nice place, can only recommend it. Regards Jannik and Anne, Denmark

The place was one of the best we had in the Seychelles. The bed could be a little bigger and more comfortable but otherwise everything fits. Especially convenient that you can use the washing machine, but you should get detergent yourself. Communication with the host was very good

The property is exactly as shown in the listed photos. Rather it is more beautiful in reality. Very nice location, easy to find and beach is walkable. The host was very responsive, right from enquiries till the final check out. We needed an extended stay which was readily agreed upon a reasonable extra payment. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking and dining ware suitable for 5-6 people, with appliances of microwave/cooking gas stove/toaster/fridge/washing machine/iron and clothes board/basic toiletries/towels. The check in was smooth with the receptionist giving clear instructions and nearby supermarkets and food recommendations. Overall it was a very pleasant stay, and worth the money! Definitely a recommendation for Mahe.

We have stayed with Ronan before and we will definitely come back again! He is a wonderful host. Ronan is available at any time and immediately on the spot - it doesn't get any better than that. Also we really enjoyed using the kayaks. You immediately feel at home. The location of the apartment on Eden Island is one of the best and we have already stayed there in some other apartments. The apartment is also very special due to the beautiful garden. A special thank you also goes to Lisette - she is the house fairy, which is always cheerful and also available at any time and makes her job great! We love the Seychelles and Eden Island and look forward to next time at Ronan's!

The landlords are very kind and helpful at all times. Erica even spoiled us with a Creole food on the weekends. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. Nothing is missing in the kitchen A large balcony is also provided. Air conditioning and fans endure the tropical heat well. We are seriously considering coming back. There is a really nice island and a great family. Gladly again in the Seychelles!!!!!!

Emily is great host. She arranged airport transfer, welcomed us and told us about best places around. Leaving was even more flexible. We had an evening flight so she let us to check out at 18:30 with no extra payment.

We had a wonderful time at the house. It is spacious and very well-equipped. Everything was clean upon arrival. Contact with Lessy was very easy and she was able to answer our questions. Our arrival greeted by her sister Sultane went perfectly. She was very charming and had the delicate attention to bring us fruit from her garden. A treat. We particularly enjoyed the garden and the sublime view of Anse la Mouche. In addition to all these positive points about the house, Sultane was a huge help because we needed an emergency doctor. She didn't hesitate to pick us up in the evening and accompany us to the clinic for a medical consultation and even brought us the medicine back the next morning. We thank her so much for that. We highly recommend this place and the support of its hosts and thank you for this stay

We spontaneously booked Silvia's guesthouse on La Digue for 1 night. It was wonderful. Silvia picked us up directly from the ferry with her bike. From there you can quickly get to the accommodation. We were greeted with a refreshing drink. We rented 2 bikes from Sylvia and she gave us tips for the island. The guest house is very nice. I've never seen such a clean place. You can eat from the floor. Downstairs is a kitchen, upstairs bathroom and bedroom. Everything is great! We had a very nice stay there and will definitely be back at some point. 100% recommended ! Beautiful accommodation very well located two minutes from the airport, near a restaurant, of good quality and a shop that allows you to troubleshoot, close to a very beautiful beach. Perfect for exploring this part of Lille or to take a very very early morning plane, the next day

Beautiful home with breathtaking views with direct access to the sea. It is much nicer than it looks in the pictures and has far exceeded our expectations. The facilities leave nothing to be desired and we didn't miss anything. Achill and his staff Sylvio were extraordinarily friendly, helpful and we were always provided with fresh fruit. Of all the places we have visited in recent years, it will be remembered as a special gem. Thank you for everything and we hope to visit you again one day.

We throughly enjoyed staying at Villa Bougainvillea.. it was the best place that we stayed at during the whole trip. Mary really looked after us from the moment we booked and even arranged our car rental for us. The Villa was extremely spacious, well equipped and was immaculately clean. We appreciated the local fruit that was left for us as well as all the friendly advice. The Villa is peaceful and in a great location for exploring the south of Mahe. We would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay here. The cottage was surrounded by nature, and the view from the porch was beautiful. It was very private and peaceful, a great place to escape a busy and chaotic world. Our host was lovely, communicative and helpful. She brought fresh fruits often and even a flower one day. The space was sparkly clean and the accessibility to a washing machine for laundry was a bonus. Grateful to have found such a perfect place to stay in Seychelles, hoping to make it back for another stay in the future.

I Highly recommend Maryse’s place. She and Chris have been amazing host to us. The olive tree residence is 8-10 mins from the city, uphill amidst nature where you can hear the sound of breeze blowing , birds chirping, an amazing view of the ocean and fog at times. It’s overall an amazing place to get a detox from the hustle and bustle of city life. For those who prefer using public transportation, the bus stop is just a minute walk. Airport is approx 15 mins drive by car from the location. There are amazing restaurants at Eden island which is a 10 min drive from the residence. Maryse and Chris are warm and welcoming and have been always responsive to our questions and also guided us with local recommendations. The house was well equipped, spacious and spotless. The garden area is full of flower and fruit plantations. We wish we stayed there longer. Without a second thought, we would book this place when we visit Seychelles again.

Andrea is now a native German immigrant. She has come to Mahé for love and has now lived on Mahé for over 35 years. This results in a European standard in your accommodation, very clean, very tidy, combined with the Seyschelles aesthetics. The house with its completely self-contained apartments is very nicely located, nestled in wonderful nature with tropical bird sounds. The view is characterized by two huge mango trees some palm trees, other also very nice houses, a beautiful church and the sea. A turtle also happened to pass by. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Andrea is very mindful of environmental protection. We visited 4 homes in the Seychelles. Andrea's place was the only one with garbage separation and compost. But an extra thumbs up and continue a lot of pleasure and a beautiful life for Andrea and her son! In general, you should use a rental car on Mahé.

Nice and quiet location with good amenities...the home gym needs a bit of revamping but it's there and cab be used along with all the listed amenities. good value for money and would definitely recommend.

This place was an amazing find!! It was very close to the beach. It was on the bus route to take you into town. The beach and rock pool were amazing. I caught fish at another beach area and brought them home to cook. Pina had a fish cleaning area and everything available to cook a meal. The air conditioners in both bedrooms worked great!!. The living and dining area were very spacious for family games we brought. Pina had games too. Her communication was wonderful. She went above and beyond to help us. I would recommend this place for a great stay.
