(Access to the mattress is narrow and deep!!) Since the apartment is located 2 floors above a restaurant, it may be that music occasionally enters the apartment. This is usually only on weekends.

(Kist/Helmstadt exits) The good infrastructure offers shopping and good public transport connections to Würzburg.
