Please note that there is a tourist tax of €2/day per person over 14 years of age to be paid upon arrival in the Balearic Islands. Tenants will be asked for the documentation referred to in the attached Royal Decree 933/2021.

In the heart of the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, built of stone, in a peaceful setting, on the outskirts of Deià. A 15-minute walk from Deià and a 3-minute drive. Hiking trails are close to the house.

The house is newly built, Mallorcan style, made entirely with materials from the island, downstairs is the kitchen , the dining room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. On the first floor there is a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. There are two terraces at the front of the house and one on the first floor, both with wooden furniture.
