We invite you to one of our 6 houses - the LAS house. It is part of a complex we have created with 2 swimming pools, a large common area, and a playground. The house has 4 bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 terraces. It will be comfortable for 8-10 people, in the case of families with small children it will accommodate about 12 people. There are forests, lakes, walking paths and cycling routes in the area. The place has its own unique atmosphere and has already gained a lot of loyal fans. It is perfect for family stays.

Close to the western Masuria. 2 hours from Warsaw and Gdańsk S7. Perfect for slow life, remote work, vacation. Right on the shore of the lake and 100 meters from the forest (there are mushrooms) there is a new modern villa overlooking the lake from every room. Neighbors - over 250m from the house. The nearest store is 850 m away. Full equipment + attractions - rowing boat, kapoki, ping-pong table, bonfire place, scooters for children and bicycle. 5 minutes to Iława and restaurants (they deliver meals), swimming pool, cinema, shops. Fish are biting.

A cottage by Lake Jeziorak (27 km long), on the edge of the forest – tranquility and nature are right there, and attractions are just a few minutes away. Beach and infrastructure in Maków (5 minutes by car), also close to Iława with restaurants and entertainment. A simple and well-kept interior: a bedroom and a living room with a dining area and two fold-out beds – good for a family or a small group. A terrace for your morning coffee, a private garden, and lots of greenery. Perfect for a peaceful reset, without the hustle and bustle of a resort.

You can enjoy the view of the lake from the plot as well as from the cottage itself, whether in the morning without leaving the bed or in the evening warming up by the fireplace. For active people, there is a tennis court, a football field and a basketball hoop (schedule of use available on site).

Are you looking for a place where you can truly relax? I invite you to a charming, year-round cottage located in a secluded, picturesque, wooded area, with plenty of privacy and a spacious yard. The nearest neighbours are about 200-300 m away. There are 2 bedrooms and a living room for guests. However, there is nothing to prevent more people from staying in the cottage (you can sleep on the floor, or you can pitch a tent in the yard). Pets are also welcome :) A private hot tub is available all year round.
