Vacation rentals with a home theatre in Malacca

Very peaceful part of Melaka which is just 10min from jonker walk. Many convenience stores nearby along with bars and restaurants. The seaside view is also amazing. Honestly a fair bargain for the price paid highly recommend!

Lift yang beroperasi hanya 2, membuat antrian panjang. Sebaiknya dikomunikasikan ke pengelola agar menyediakan lift yang lebih memadai.

A great cozy place with a very nice view of the Straits of Malacca. No hassle check in and we actually checked in almost an hour earlier from the check in time of 1500hrs, very flexible. There were minor issues with operating the room a/cs but the very responsive housekeeping team managed to settle them fast. Overall, 8/10 rating I would give . Would definitely return !

Good location near jonker and mahkota mall, clean and comfy place to stay. Only downside is building seems less maintenanced, 2 of the lift is out of service and access door to car park broken. Car park is free. Overall great value. Host is very responsive.

menginap di tempat jay sangat luar biasa enak, pemandangannya sungguh luar biasa. apartemennya strategis kemana mana hanya dengan 5rm grab. tuan rumah juga cepat jika menyelesaikan masalah juga kalau ada yg kurang di unit. recomended

L'appartement était idéalement situé avec une magnifique vue sur la mer depuis les différents balcon. les lieux sont propres et le manager de l'appartement est toujours réactif. Merci pour le séjour !

My family and I are very satisfied with our stay at Aisy Q Homestay. The house is very clean and comfortable. All the necessary amenities are provided. The owner is very responsive and responsible. The parking is spacious and can fit two cars. There are plenty of restaurant and shop around the homestay area. Highly recommended for staying here. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just like 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ hotel! House was super clean, beds were soooo comfy, nice house design, nice pool, big space, but i think , they provide a bathroom inevery room was really the star of the house. Highly recommended!⭐️

One of the best stay we have. The place is clean, beach fronting, accessible to various places, easy parking. The owner is responsive, if you are looking for quick and short getaway, this is the place that u need to come and visit, clean beach, pool for kids and you can even go to malacca town easily, enjoy asam pedas, seafood, fastfood, local dishes you name it...
