Magnificent, bright accommodation featuring one bedroom, two bathrooms, a living room with a 135-cm-wide sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen, right in the heart of Málaga. Community laundry on the ground floor. Historical building recently renovated in 2020 with exclusive decor. There is currently an archaeological excavation on the adjacent site, so on some occasions, on some days, a machine comes in to remove soil and may cause a bit of noise in the mornings.

We have just replaced the three old windows with new ones with the highest level of sound insulation, however, as they are located in the centre, silence is not absolute.
