Excellent location, it is safe. One and a half blocks from the Temuco portal. Everything clean, bright, warm, complete. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen, dining room, living room, balcony, all very spacious and comfortable. In the parking lot they take care of your car. The goalkeepers are very piolas. It has a pool and a gym, we don't use it.

The apartment is very cute and comfortable, it is very close to the main places of Temuco. Very well equipped, the beds are very comfortable! the only thing missing was a microwave to warm up something quickly and some extra set of keys to handle the family group independently. The owner's attention was good, from before booking until after checkout, always answering questions in a very short time. The building has a 24-hour front desk staff and very friendly.

Despite the walking distance to the center of Temuco, the apartment has a pleasantly quiet location. When we are back in Temuco next year, we would like to stay here again.
