Condo vacation rentals in Maltepe

I searched a place for my recovery after a surgery. The apt had everything I needed for a comfortable cozy stay and the host was very friendly, always responsive for everything I needed. The street is next to a pedestrian zone. Restaurants and shops are only a few meters away. Since it’s a side street, it was sometimes a little noisy on weekends, but mostly quiet. I’m completely satisfied and would recommend this place to everyone.

Melih's place was exceptionally good! Booked this apartment because of the cozy and homey feel it had, and once checked in, it did not disappoint. Melih was very responsive from the first request, incredibly friendly and helpful host, offered to go above and beyond to make our stay an unforgettable unique one in a city I often visit. The check in was smooth and very flexible. As soon as I got to the apartment, I was in awe of how well it was thought of, how clean it was, and I mean extremely clean (this is coming from an OCD person for clean places). there was everything you need for a comfortable stay that felt like staying at a family home. The location is also very convenient as described. Every single detail in the apartment, from the toiletries in the bathroom, to the kitchen, to the ornaments and artwork in the entire apartment, and oh, the googly eyes on simple imperfections to make them humorous, and I cannot stop mentioning how clean the floors and carpets were. Thank you!

One of the best parts was the neighborhood: peaceful, charming, and full of lovely streets with fresh pastries, delicious local food, and everything within walking distance. The apartment itself had everything needed for a small group — all the amenities, a warm atmosphere, and thoughtful details that made us feel right at home. The location also offers excellent transport connections, making it easy to reach any part of the city. Thank you so much for your hospitality and for creating such a welcoming space. I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place is very cozy, clean, and located in a quiet street within private blocks, which made it feel very safe and comfortable. Everything was well-organized and exactly as described. The host was extremely friendly, responsive, and available 24/7 for any help or questions, which made the whole experience even better. The apartment is in a convenient location, Parking is great comfort. There is no noise that interferes with sleeping. There are kitchen utensils, but there are some shortcomings that can be removed. My stay there coincided with a 6.2 magnitude earthquake in Istanbul. It's a courtesy for the host to write and take care of it in the process. An apartment where he can stay again, thank you.

Excellent view, clean place.

The apartment was great. It’s located in the perfect place. Taksim square is about a 15 min walk away and the old Istanbul is a 15 minute drive away. Our stay was wonderful and we would recommend this stay to others. If I ever come back to Istanbul, I will reach out to Adam.

The place is as described, clean. Internet is just fine to scroll and watch movies, so if you work remotely, you might need to visit cafes, which are in 200m range. Perfect communication from host. Place is 1km from Taksim, but you have to go thru a mountain.

The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated—exactly as shown in the listing. The location was perfect, close to key attractions, public transport, and some great local restaurants. What really stood out, though, was the Ksenia the host. She was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. From offering local tips to making sure I was comfortable, their hospitality made all the difference. I felt well taken care of throughout my entire stay. The apartment was well-stocked with everything from fresh towels to a fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to feel at home. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the place was peaceful and quiet—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay again.

If we are to stay in that area again, we would prefer Mr. Celal's house without hesitation again. The house is as it appears in the photos, and Mr. Celal was very helpful with both check-in and check-out, he was always very interested. The fact that it had parking was the biggest advantage. Yes, the slope it is located is steep, but it is definitely worth it because it is within walking distance to Taksim Square and the bus station.

Perfect location for quite base close to BHT Clinic and Metro access, WiFi included as well as gym and pool which were very quite at our stay in early April.
