Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Maltepe

We were actually given a different apartment/ house but just around the corner from one we had booked as there was a problem as previous guests had damaged the first one. Overall it worked out better for us as it didn’t have stairs to go upstairs etc and my friend who has trouble climbing stairs found this better for her. Check in was easy and instructions clear. Lovely place to stay and in walking distance to Moda sea front which is beautiful and lovely bars and restaurants and shops and ten mins walk to the ferries to the European side. We would come again! The space was as described. The staff were friendly and solution-oriented. There was a problem with the TV remote in the room we stayed in, they quickly took care of the problem. There was no hair dryer because it was stolen all the time. I think that's an understandable inconvenience. Apart from that, everything was fine. I love the comfort and design of the lounge. It creates a warm environment. Absolutely satisfied.

Clean and comfortable apartment, super well located in the Yeldeğirmeni district of Kadikoy, which is lively, full of cafes and restaurants, but much quieter than the south of Kadikoy. The apartment is within a 10-minute walk of several metro stations, and the ferry pier. Hakan is a very friendly and available host, who really makes sure everything goes smoothly for you throughout the stay. In short, I totally recommend the choice of this apartment, for a magical stay in Istanbul 🙂

The house is spacious (two bedrooms and a living room) and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The garden and the cozy winter lounge are great spots to relax and enjoy a cup of tea. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, just two metro stops away from the Bosphorus shore (Üsküdar). From there, you can easily get anywhere in Istanbul by metro, bus, or ferry. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and some are open all night.

The house was clean and tidy, the host was caring. Would recommend.

The house is really beautiful as in the pictures. Beds and sheets were clean. The TV was connected to the internet, there is youtube and Netflix. I had a good time, I will come again. Thank you Mr. Mehmet.

First of all, the decor and design of the house was really amazing. It really had a very warm environment. Every detail has been thought out for guests. It was an important detail that all of the products offered were vegan and eco-friendly. Although it was a cool weekend, we warmed up comfortably with the combi boiler. Gökçe & Derya are extremely kind and helpful people who really see their guests as “guests.” They responded quickly to everything. Thanks for the amenities and help they provided.

Esra was so very helpful and receptive. She was very detailed and her place was just perfect, clean and comfortable for all our needs. I would highly recommend her.

Great location...the apartment is very clean and has everything you need...the wifi is excellent...there is a carrefour in the same building and also a cafe...the security is high...the host was very helpful in everything and quick to respond...I highly recommend this apartment and will come back again

Very nice Place to stay! Quiet at night and easy to get around!

Truly a rare find, pictures doesn't even do the view it has justice. From solo to large families, it is somewhere you can enjoy. I was comfortable even before setting foot into the place, and quite happy with how smooth our communication with Zafer was.

ms. Asuman was very kind and responsive about communication. It is necessary to take into account the stair advice mentioned in the description about transportation, otherwise you will pass through the street with many stairs. the house could be made a little more equipped, I would recommend putting detergent for dishing and washing machines and adding basic kitchen necessities like salt, oil. we stayed very comfortably with our dog, and the people we met were also kind. thank you

The host answered our questions in a very short time. The house was very clean. There were all kinds of cooking items in the kitchen. We loved the house. The lack of an elevator in the building can be a little challenging. Other than that, we didn't encounter any problems. It was a very nice stay for us.

I loved the apartment, the view, and the fact that it was in a safe environment like my own home. Apartment Clean, spacious and has everything.
