The apartment has its own central heating, with underfloor heating, air conditioning, bathroom with shower, smart TV and Wi-Fi. The private kitchen (open space) is fully equipped (gas stove, electric oven, fridge, washing machine with dryer, dishwasher), completed with a relaxing dining space. The bathroom is equipped with a shower.
